We engaged Stephen for our 4 room HDB renovation and Stephen has made our renovation journey an extremely smooth one. From the initial planning, Stephen was creative in the designs while being patient and understanding of our needs. His attention to details, objectivity and patience are exactly what we needed when looking for an ID. Throughout the renovation, we are also impressed with Stephen providing us constant updates to keep us in track of what has been done onto our house. The hard work he has placed on our place has truly reflected in the results of how our house look now. I would definitely recommend Stephen to future houseowners looking for an ID.

We recently engaged Stephen Zheng from Carpenters 匠 to design and oversee the complete renovation of our kitchen, and we could not be happier with the results. Stephen perfectly captured our vision for a clean, minimalist design using a beautiful natural color scheme that makes the kitchen feel bright and spacious. He helped us select very high-quality tiles, a premium sintered stone countertop, and a matching backsplash that tie the entire natural look together beautifully. The texture and durability of the sintered stone really elevate the whole space. The balance of closed storage and partial open-concept cabinets was beautifully executed, giving us a modern display look without sacrificing practicality. The installation of the tiles and the sintered stone is seamless, and the carpentry work is incredibly precise, neat, and sturdy. He oversaw the entire renovation seamlessly, managing the contractors and ensuring the handoff was stress-free. Stephen made our kitchen renovation a smooth and worry-free experience. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and talented interior designer! From: Louie and Ken Lee

Really thankful to have Stephen from Carpenters handle our renovation. He’s patient, easy to talk to and always willing to listen to what we want. Whenever we had questions or changes, he was responsive and did his best to sort things out for us. We especially appreciate his sincerity and the effort he put in throughout the whole renovation. Reno can be stressful, but having Stephen around made things a lot easier.

Highly recommend our interior designer, Stephen! We really appreciate how attentive he is to detail and how willing he is to go the extra mile for his clients. Whenever a hiccup arose during our renovation, Stephen would follow up closely, take ownership of the issue and do his best to find the best possible solution within our tight timeline. He was also quick to address and rectify issues to the best of his ability. Despite our very short renovation timeline, the renovation was completed on time and we were able to move in as planned, which we truly appreciated. Stephen was also helpful when it came to design decisions. He took the time to understand our preferences, discussed our ideas with us and gave practical suggestions where appropriate. We also appreciated his transparency when it came to costs, which made the renovation process easier to manage. Overall, we are thankful to Stephen for his dedication, responsiveness and commitment throughout our renovation. We would definitely recommend him to others looking for an interior designer who is responsible, attentive and willing to go the extra mile for his clients!

Highly recommend Nic and Callista! We had a really positive experience working with them for our BTO renovation. Both of them were extremely responsible and dependable throughout the entire process, and most importantly, they delivered our home on time. What we really appreciated was their attention to detail even towards the final stages of the renovation. They made sure that all carpentry defects and outstanding issues were properly rectified instead of rushing us into the handover. In fact, we had so much trust and confidence in them that we even went overseas during the carpentry installation phase. We were able to enjoy our trip without constantly worrying about what was happening back home, and when we returned, everything had progressed smoothly and turned out exactly as expected. That level of trust says a lot about how reliable and responsible they were throughout the renovation. We also really appreciated Nic and Callista’s sense of aesthetics. The final design was very much in line with the mood board and overall look we had envisioned from the start. At the same time, they never tried to hard-sell us on unnecessary upgrades or increase the quotation purely for aesthetic features, especially in areas where the additional cost would not have been practical or worthwhile. They listened to what mattered to us, respected our stated budget, and helped us make sensible design choices without compromising the overall look and feel of the home. There was also no sense of them trying to quickly close the project and move on. They took the time to ensure everything was properly resolved before officially handing the home over to us, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Thank you Nic and Callista for your commitment, responsibility, great eye for design, and for taking such good care of our home. We’re very happy with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy and thoughtful interior designers!

We had a great experience working with Nicholas and Cecilia for our carpentry works. Both were extremely efficient, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We were particularly impressed with how quickly everything was completed, our carpentry was installed in less than two weeks after the final measurements! What impressed us even more was their excellent after sales service. Whenever we needed advice or had any defects that required rectification, they were always prompt in responding and quick to resolve the issues. They were responsible, reliable and genuinely committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. It's not always easy to find contractors who are equally attentive before and after installation. Really appreciate their professionalism and dedication.

Great experience working with Xue Ting and Nic. This was our first renovation experience so we relied a lot on their advice and guidance. They provided top service, helpful design input, and were very responsive in answering questions while we planned for the works, during the works period, and even with resolving post reno issues. Would definitely approach them for future home improvements and renovation needs.

A few months ago, I made an appointment with Carpenters and was matched with Jassie. After our first meeting, she prepared a 3D design and presented it during our second meeting. Throughout the entire renovation journey, Jassie stayed in close contact with me. Even though I changed the design several times, she was always patient, understanding, and willing to accommodate my requests. She replied to my messages very quickly, kept me updated on the renovation progress, and always followed through on what she promised. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was well coordinated. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire renovation process was completed smoothly and professionally. I truly appreciated her dedication, responsibility, and attention to detail, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the renovation. I’m very happy with the final outcome and would highly recommend Jassie to anyone looking for a reliable and professional interior designer. Thank you for making this renovation experience such a pleasant one! If you’re looking for an interior designer, don’t hesitate to choose Jassie🙂—you definitely won’t regret it!🤩
