Highly recommend Nic and Callista! We had a really positive experience working with them for our BTO renovation. Both of them were extremely responsible and dependable throughout the entire process, and most importantly, they delivered our home on time. What we really appreciated was their attention to detail even towards the final stages of the renovation. They made sure that all carpentry defects and outstanding issues were properly rectified instead of rushing us into the handover. In fact, we had so much trust and confidence in them that we even went overseas during the carpentry installation phase. We were able to enjoy our trip without constantly worrying about what was happening back home, and when we returned, everything had progressed smoothly and turned out exactly as expected. That level of trust says a lot about how reliable and responsible they were throughout the renovation. We also really appreciated Nic and Callista’s sense of aesthetics. The final design was very much in line with the mood board and overall look we had envisioned from the start. At the same time, they never tried to hard-sell us on unnecessary upgrades or increase the quotation purely for aesthetic features, especially in areas where the additional cost would not have been practical or worthwhile. They listened to what mattered to us, respected our stated budget, and helped us make sensible design choices without compromising the overall look and feel of the home. There was also no sense of them trying to quickly close the project and move on. They took the time to ensure everything was properly resolved before officially handing the home over to us, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Thank you Nic and Callista for your commitment, responsibility, great eye for design, and for taking such good care of our home. We’re very happy with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy and thoughtful interior designers!

A few months ago, I made an appointment with Carpenters and was matched with Jassie. After our first meeting, she prepared a 3D design and presented it during our second meeting. Throughout the entire renovation journey, Jassie stayed in close contact with me. Even though I changed the design several times, she was always patient, understanding, and willing to accommodate my requests. She replied to my messages very quickly, kept me updated on the renovation progress, and always followed through on what she promised. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was well coordinated. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire renovation process was completed smoothly and professionally. I truly appreciated her dedication, responsibility, and attention to detail, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the renovation. We engaged Nic and Cecilia for our house renovation. The whole reno process was smooth sailing thanks to their patience and professionalism. Great experience working with Night on our home renovation process. Night is patient and receptive to our ideas, working towards a timeline to deliver our house before CNY. He provides insightful advices and resolves issues upon surfacing. Feedbacks on touch up works after renovation were also addressed promptly. Loves the end result of the renovation. Definitely well recommended and an ID whom you can trust.

Nicole was very prompt in responding to our needs and the amazing thing is that she doesn't just do what you say, but fully understand the needs and intention why you needed something from her. She is also very clear with her communications and offers advice before you anticipated any problems. Definitely very experienced and thoughtful ID. This makes the whole reno and works worry-free which is a huge plus given that we are all busy in our own ways and can rest assured Nicole is helping to think through your works carefully and anticipating issues.

Got to know about them through a Facebook promotion. Not so flexible in meeting, must go to their office then can meet up. So we went their office, spent a long time on the explanation of the concept, theme and design ideas on the floor plan. Showed me all the samples on-site. Not many choices as their showroom quite small. And there was no follow up from Aderline Tang after that. Total radio silence. Friendly but not sincere. 2h wasted.

I engaged Carpenters ID and was assigned to Stephen 🙏 Stephen was very kind and engaged with us throughout the whole process from onsite consult to 3D Design. Stephen also advised us in many areas that helped us come to a mutual agreement. He has been professional, constructive and remained positive to changes the whole time. Stephen also shared his recommendations for our home project and provide us samples for us to view from home.
