As a first time home owner with a busy schedule, he made the process much less stressful by coordinating everything and being transparent throughout. He also gave helpful advice, especially on material selection. He worked well within my budget while understanding the theme I wanted. My home turned out just the way I wanted it, thank you!

We had an amazing experience working with Eight Design for our home renovation! From start to finish, Monday and Clement were incredibly attentive, patient, and professional. They took the time to understand our ideas and turned them into a beautiful, functional space that truly feels like home. As with any renovation, there were a few hiccups along the way, but Monday and Clement were super responsive and quick to address all our concerns. Their positive attitude and commitment to follow through made the whole process much smoother, and they even managed to complete the project ahead of the original timeline so we could move in earlier — a big plus for us! We genuinely enjoyed this journey of building our beautiful home — a space we’re truly proud of. Although their pricing may not be the cheapest, it’s worth every penny for the design quality, workmanship, and peace of mind we received in return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, creative, and trustworthy interior design team!

It was a pleasure working with Sky throughout my renovation journey. Sky was actually one of the last few IDs I met, and our first meeting lasted only about 5 minutes. I decided to engage Eight Design after a second meeting at their office where he presented his ideas. One thing I really appreciated was how he listened carefully to the things I didn’t like (aircon & electrical trunking, bathroom piping). He always suggested the best possible way to make it look neat and visually pleasing. When my initial choices weren’t to my liking, he helped source for alternatives, and eventually managed to fulfil what I had envisioned in mind. Sky also tried his best to keep me within budget, and any additional costs were always communicated clearly before proceeding. His patience and willingness to explore different options until we found the right fit, really helped an indecisive person like me. Throughout the entire process, he followed up consistently and kept me updated along the way. Overall, the renovation went smoothly and any small issues were resolved promptly. I’m happy with the experience and would highly recommend Sky to homeowners looking for a reliable and thoughtful designer.

My hairdresser recommended this company to me. I was at a loss as the carpenter recommended by my sister assigned an inexperienced person to me (most likely because my project is a small one). Nurul was assigned to me. Renovation is a stressful process with things potentially going wrong at every turn so I am fortunate to have had such a patient and kind ID assigned to me. Nurul always tried her best to accede to my requests. I am especially grateful to her for expediting the hacking of my flooring. If she had not done that, I would have had to move my furniture into a storage facility and stay with my parents. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I am extremely pleased with the conceptualisation to completion of this custom-made Wine Cabinet by Haiqal. I am surprised that he mention this is his first Wine Cabinet project considering it blends perfectly with the rest of my apartment . The wine holders were sourced, purchased and assembled and fitted perfectly into the space provided . I was able to blend my novels into this Wine Cabinet to create a touch of sophistication.

We recently engaged Eight Design company to renovate our Jurong West 4rm flat. Manager Calvin guided us throughout the renovation process and he was transparent with the cost. Their workmanship was solid and met with our expectations. Calvin managed to handover our home earlier than the promised date. Even though we were staying in during the renovation, Monday made sure everything was well-coordinated and minimally disruptive. Sky from Eight Design rushed out our condo reno with effectiveness and efficiency. He is also prompt with our questions, provides quality advice and tips, on top of his great service and coordination. Sky is also very understanding of our rushed situation and works well with our budget. The whole process felt seamless from 1st meeting to handover. We're very satisfied with Sky and Eight Design. We had a wonderful experience working with Sky from Eight Design as our interior designer. From the very start, he guided us patiently through the process and ensured everything went smoothly. While there were small hiccups along the way (as with any renovation), Sky was always there to resolve issues quickly and keep things on track. He supported us throughout the entire journey – from pre-renovation planning to the actual works and even post-renovation follow-up. He listened to our needs, gave thoughtful suggestions, and remained adaptable to changes along the way. We are very happy with the outcome of our renovation. The toilets, altar, and service balcony were all beautifully done, and the works were completed within the timeline we required. Out of 5 ID companies that was given by homematch, finally after all the checks - 8Design was what we have chosen (Victor: designer/visualiser and Clement: New ideas / concept). If it's all about finding the cheapest and having to just follow instructions to do what you want then basically it is best to do it without IDs. Therefore if our idea do not work so ID is going to make it as close as to what we wanted based on our budget - not spending more, 8Design made it possible (example: 2 water tanks and 4+1 aircon units which were inspected and tested which not to replace to save money when the conditions are good to use from previous owner). Building trust through transparent with realistics communications, this has made it clearer like timeline needed is longer due to work done well then to have shortcut to complete, 8Design stated the flow without rushing. Alot of times, we proposed but at the same time, we check on the spot on the idea so the reply and solution is almost as immediate due to wide experience of projects completed. We did a full reno so there were many times that they will contact for us like the internet to fixed up relocation, water dispensor installer, check on the dimensions of the washer and dryers from Prism+ so as to do a cupboard nicely fitting both in...etc. The contractors that they have gotten did great job especially for the aircon when I needed change all pipes and coils, just to fit with the fail ceiling and gave a good will refrigerant topup and free servicing to ensure that its cooling enough. With regards to wirings, we did full re-wiring; both explain why certain place needs powerpoint and so as to not waste much money...this happened when we went to choose kitchen and toilet accessories including lights...simple maintenance and lasting looks. Most of the times, that we not not able to be at site so all times, either of them will be there to video to show us to confirm before and after done. Not to missed out on their in-house carpentry, it help to made admentments needed easier and faster (had a factory tiour too). The laminates to choose was too many and Victor insisted to provide free curve table top and on cupboard corner to children room and when choosing tiles not in the price range, still there was support granted to use 'Kit-Kat tiles in bathroom wall, without additional cost incurred. 8Design isn't the cheapest among the ID companies when we compare, there were goodwill discounts which were supports from vendors that they have find but the biggest challenge is the progressive scheme by % is very high which I hope that they will revised (20+40+35+5). Besides that I have to say that its a blessing to made the right choice to go with 8Design - thanks.

Recently worked with Monday and Victor for my retail bookstore renovation. Truly appreciated Monday and Victor and their team's efforts, which were invaluable to achieving the desired results according to the concept we discussed. Monday and Victor were professional from our first meeting. Always prompt and patient at responding my queries and concerns. The workmanship of their team's carpentries is also fenomenal. We just finished our kitchen renovation with Ms. Huda as our interior designer, and we’re super happy with how everything turned out! She really understood what we wanted and gave us a design that’s both beautiful and practical. The renovation was completed and handed over right on time, and the quality of the materials and workmanship is really solid. Everything feels well put together and thought through. Overall, it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. Big thanks to Ms. Huda and team for doing such a great job. Highly recommend her if you’re planning a reno!
