Expressing our utmost gratitude to LEE THENG for walking alongside us meticulously throughout the renovation process. Lee Theng has had years of experience in the carpentry industry prior to her ID career, which makes her well-versed in carpentry works. She's able to offer sound advice，educate us on the suitability of materials and most importantly, ensuring the quality of the works delivered. All our wardrobes and cabinets turned out to be perfect, with no misalignment, chipping or flawed mechanism. Owing to the great relationships she has established with her carefully selected contractors (plumbers, tilers, painters, carpenters, odd job workers), her requests were often prioritised. Issues were attended to and resolved promptly, and sometimes even within the day itself. We love that she's a perfectionist, a good listener, accommodating but at the same time, honest with her opinions. She has our best interests at heart and would explain to us the possible problems that could arise from our desired designs. She also addresses our concerns swiftly and patiently. The end results exceeded our expectations and we are very thankful for her dedication and support in helping us with the creation of our dream home. It was a stress-free experience for us, contrary to all the horrifying renovation stories we had seen on social media. Charges of the works are itemised and transparent, the prices quoted are reasonable in the market in comparison. All in all, if you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and efficient ID, Lee Theng is the one for you. As a bonus, she's also a Taobao expert, which saved us a lot of money on our purchases.

I had the pleasure of working with Samson from Design4Space at Paya Lebar as my interior designer. Despite the tight renovation timeline of just 3 weeks, the work was completed on time with minimal issues. As a first-time homeowner, I had many worries and uncertainties, but Samson was incredibly patient with us. He consistently advised us on what was best and efficiently addressed any concerns we had. One of the best choices we made was having a new kitchen cabinet built, and it has been a fantastic addition to our home. Throughout the renovation process, Samson was highly responsive, keeping me updated through WhatsApp and ensuring that everything was on track. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Vincent is a very thoughtful and creative designer. He makes the effort to listen and understand my needs and preferences. I’m impressed by the genius changes he made to my room. I had a fantastic experience with Design4Space! It was recommended by a friend who engaged them. We were assigned to Kevin. We had met a few IDs before meeting Kevin and the first meeting we knew he was the man for the job. Kevin helped us renovate our living room and kitchen, and the results exceeded our expectations. The workmanship was top-notch, with great attention to detail in every corner. Kevin coordinated everything smoothly, and the process felt seamless from start to finish. Met up with Reid at ID event at one of the mall. Finally we decided to engage with Design 4 Space - Reid So as he showed flexibility especially during the layout designing. He is able to come up with the design that we want to have although we do not any particular “theme” Communication was easy and responded in relatively timely manner. He is also able to accommodate last minute hacking job We love especially the carpentry work as the detail is really put into focus. Even post hand over, he is still responding fast to do minor adjustment. Project and time management is an area which can be improved. Overall is good and positive !

Extremely pleased with the renovation results thanks to Shermin Lee from Design 4 Space. Her exceptional project management skills ensured timely completion, meeting our critical move-out deadline with ease. Shermin was responsive throughout, addressing our queries promptly, even after completion and handover. Her valuable design suggestions and collaborative approach incorporated our ideas seamlessly. Throughout the entire renovation process, her communication were top-notch. Minor issues were promptly resolved. Given our tight timeline, she demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, ensuring a smooth renovation process. I'll definitely work with her again for future renovations.

We want to do a shoutout to our ID, Vincent Chuah, for the very smooth renovation works 7 years ago & now.. This is our second time engaging him for our home renovation, to complete some things which we regret not doing for our renovation 7 years ago 😎 Finding a very good ID that doesn’t give us a headache is our biggest priority after hearing horror stories from our family & friends on their IDs. Stories from ID running away, ID went to jail leaving works incomplete, ID not supervising the works causing major mistakes etc.. While the price is on the higher side compared to many other ID companies, Vincent had exceed our expectations with his service and understanding our wants, which many IDs failed to understand & failed to give us a proper quotation for the things we wanted. Vincent is willing to stay later than his work hours just to accommodate our timings and does not rush us to make decisions so he could go home on time. This is the same 7 years ago and now.. To be honest, we didn’t even bother to look for another ID to get quotations for our second reno since we were pleased with him 7 years ago, and his service to us whenever we had queries during this period. We had so much trust in leaving our home to him entirely while we went overseas to hide. We didn’t even come back during the 9 days of renovation since we trust he would manage everything for us. As we didn’t have a place to stay during this period with limited annual leave we can apply from work, Vincent managed to squeeze all these works for us within 9 days (including weekends): Hacking existing platform in living room Make good the removed platform area as our display cabinet currently sits on the platform Hacking master room wall to make entrance for a walk in wardrobe A brand new walk in wardrobe & false ceiling Make good the space of the old door Vinyl flooring for the whole house Repainting whole house Changing the laminate colour for the existing display cabinet helping to manage the change of our entire aircon units box up to cover the aircon trunkings & Installation of toilet ventilation fan some other minor works to the toilets 🤗 It’s just amazing how he managed to squeeze everything for us & complete within 9 days due to our circumstances. Any one needs a trustworthy ID & a peace of mind, you can look for Mr Vincent Chuah. Once again, thank you Vincent for everything & all the extra add ons you helped us to do like tightening our master room wardrobe when you notice the gap between the doors, tightening the glass doors for my display cabinet etc etc.. Also thanks for all the quick arrangements for the different people to come fix the defects we spotted. Definitely will look for you again for our next home renovation if you are still in the same industry 🤭

We compared with numerous ID before settling for Reid So as he truly respected our budget and gave the most reasonable quotation. During consultation, he was genuine and honest to offer suggestions that would work within our budget to achieve our dream home look. It seemed like we were discussing with a friend whom is trying to solve our problems for us. During renovation, he was patient with us as we took some time to decide on certain measurements, and promptly arrange any required works after. After renovation and moving in, he still promptly respond while arrange for any minor rectification works. We are very happy with his service and design for our cosy home . Will highly recommend Reid So 👍🏻

We have engaged Ed for our renovation. I must say Ed is very specific and thorough from the beginning. He is always straight to the point and very professional. He suggested some ideas for space efficiency and it turned out to be awesome. In fact, both myself and spouse were abit hesitant of certain factors but we were amazed by the output he has delivered. Ed, handled all the entire renovations process so swiftly. He will constantly notify us of the progress. Ed always answers all our questions immediately without any delay. We like the effective communication. Ed will share with us on the things that shouldn't be done and quick to advise on the cost-efficiency.
