After completing the renovation of our new home, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our designer, Vincent Chua. He is a very experienced professional. During our initial consultations, he would go into great detail about many aspects, which made me a bit impatient at first, wondering why he spoke so slowly. We faced a tight renovation schedule, and when I explained our requirements and situation to Vincent, I was genuinely worried about whether we could finish on time. To my surprise, Vincent not only completed the renovation smoothly but also delivered the results ahead of schedule. Seeing the final work, me and my husband are all very satisfied. Although his service may not always be budget-friendly,🤣 I know that his experience and strict standards for quality are crucial for homeowners like us. Once again, thank you, Vincent, for your assistance, which allowed us to move into our new home before the New Year. We are truly grateful!🌹

I was looking for an interior designer to help me with a complete renovation of my condo unit, which is more than 25 years old. It was going to be an extensive project, including re-wiring the entire house, relocating the DB box, and knocking down some walls to expand the common toilet and kitchen areas. I met with at least eight companies, but Shermin Lee from Design 4 Space left a lasting impression. She demonstrated sincerity by being punctual for our meeting, showed confidence in explaining what could and couldn’t be done, and provided a detailed quotation that covered everything I had requested. This was particularly important, as I needed to ensure the quote fit within my budget. She listened attentively and offered practical, realistic advice. On top of all this, Shermin was always smiling, which made working with her even more pleasant. The renovation process went very smoothly. Shermin provided regular updates and sent pictures weekly. Along the way, she added some work that she felt was necessary without charging me extra! In fact, she included quite a few additional items at no cost, which I truly appreciated. Her attention to detail was incredible, and the entire process was stress-free and enjoyable. Shermin went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She is a perfectionist with excellent design skills. Whenever I WhatsApped her, she responded promptly—even during her vacation! She is truly a gem, and I am so grateful to have found her. She made the renovation process so easy and smooth, leaving me with nothing to worry about. Shermin was always well-prepared, ensuring that the workmanship was of high quality and completed on time. I am extremely impressed with the outcome and so glad I chose Shermin. I’ve often heard people say that renovations can be a nightmare, and I was initially worried about choosing the wrong person. Thankfully, I found Shermin! I would highly recommend Shermin Lee to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and creative interior designer. We engaged Mr Jayden Cheong for our renovation. He is extremely attentive, approachable to fulfill ALL my request without disappointment! But he would also provide professional opinions for my “not so realistic “ request too. Highly recommend him and btw, he did our first house and this time round is for our second house! Thumbs up for Jayden! Still would engage him if we have the chance to get a third house 😂

Expressing our utmost gratitude to LEE THENG for walking alongside us meticulously throughout the renovation process. Lee Theng has had years of experience in the carpentry industry prior to her ID career, which makes her well-versed in carpentry works. She's able to offer sound advice，educate us on the suitability of materials and most importantly, ensuring the quality of the works delivered. All our wardrobes and cabinets turned out to be perfect, with no misalignment, chipping or flawed mechanism. Owing to the great relationships she has established with her carefully selected contractors (plumbers, tilers, painters, carpenters, odd job workers), her requests were often prioritised. Issues were attended to and resolved promptly, and sometimes even within the day itself. We love that she's a perfectionist, a good listener, accommodating but at the same time, honest with her opinions. She has our best interests at heart and would explain to us the possible problems that could arise from our desired designs. She also addresses our concerns swiftly and patiently. The end results exceeded our expectations and we are very thankful for her dedication and support in helping us with the creation of our dream home. It was a stress-free experience for us, contrary to all the horrifying renovation stories we had seen on social media. Charges of the works are itemised and transparent, the prices quoted are reasonable in the market in comparison. All in all, if you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and efficient ID, Lee Theng is the one for you. As a bonus, she's also a Taobao expert, which saved us a lot of money on our purchases.

I would like to compliment Interior Designer, Jasper Lee (from Tradehub 21 Design 4 Space) for a job well done and express my appreciation to him. Jasper is professional, creative, has an amazing eye for detail and provided sound recommendations to meet our home design requirements. The overall renovation experience was great and the entire design process and installation was on time too. The various communication and coordination with Jasper was almost stress-free. The quality of the workmanship and materials used was also solid! The end result is a beautiful and functional space, with modern & cohesive feel. I would highly recommend Jasper and Design 4 Space to anyone!

Our renovatiom journey is a breeze, all thanks to Shermin from Design4Space. We chose her as our ID because she has an eye for detail and more than 8 years of experience in this industry. She has been very prompt in handling all our queries, even when we text her late in the night. Unlike other IDs that just show 3D design, she would show us a 3D virtual tour of our renovation mock up and that really help us to better visualise, fine-tune and come up with our dream home. Our renovation just took 2 mths and we are very pleased with how it turn out! Anyone who is looking for an ID, I would highly recommend Shermin from Design4Space. 🥰

I had the pleasure of working with Samson from Design4Space at Paya Lebar as my interior designer. Despite the tight renovation timeline of just 3 weeks, the work was completed on time with minimal issues.
