Recently engaged Ben for the design and renovation of our new home! From the get go, Ben was very understanding towards the needs of our house. We took in some of his recommendations and went ahead with the renovation! Throughout the renovation, the experience was almost seamless. Ben updated us as and when there was progress, and also addresses our concerns very promptly. The workmanship of was great, small defects were also rectified swiftly. The overall process was professional and our home turned out great!

We engaged Ben from Inizio Atelier back in August 2023. Collected our keys in mid March 2024 and we started on our renovation from April 2024. With Ben, he did not allow us to sit around and wait till April, the prep work already started since the first day we engaged Ben. What stood Ben out from others were because of his proactiveness, his understanding to what we wanted (monochrome mix contempt theme) and quick response time. From April-Aug, reno went without a hitch due to Ben’s ability to keep up with the work schedule and communicated with the contractors efficiently. Apart from his primary contractors, he also has an array of able alternatives who can get the work done as well. When the end product came out, it looked exactly like the 3D provided, which was also what we wanted and expect. Overall, with Ben, you can assure that you can leave your house reno completely to him and go for a 3 months holiday and come back to a fully perfectly renovated place. We consulted several interior design firms before deciding to work with Jeremy from Inizio Atelier. Right from the start, our conversations with him were smooth, and he was never pushy with his ideas. Instead, he actively listened to what we wanted and offered recommendations and advice only when necessary, which was a refreshing change. We were delighted that he was able to bring our vision for our home to life while also incorporating his expertise and experience into the final design. Jeremy consistently stays on top of things, and this is evident in the quality of his work. It's clear that he genuinely cares about delivering the best for his clients and brings a wealth of experience to each project. Throughout the renovation process, we felt confident that he would see things through. The renovation was completed on time, and communication was always clear and hassle-free. It was wonderful working in collaboration with him and I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

They were the first company we approached, but after "shopping" around, we returned to them. Not only were they the most genuine in supporting our dream, but they were also REAL. We had encountered other interior designers who were just yes-men, and frankly, I don't think all of my ideas were practical. We needed someone who could help turn our dream into a reality, and I really appreciated how they knew when to rein us in while still finding a beautiful compromise. Communicating with them was also a breeze—they were responsive and accommodated our working hours, which was great because I couldn’t foresee progressing as quickly as we did if we had only adhered to strict office hours. Most importantly they helped worked within our budget and didn't push for anything we did not need. The whole process lasted just seven weeks—YES, only seven weeks, even with hiccups! Hence, my title: Nothing Short of Amazing.

Alex was always on the ball and willing to listen. Prior to the start of the project he made sure that all plans and works to be executed are in place before the start of the project. At the start of the project he made it a point to visit the site at least twice a day and follow up with both me and my wife on the status and progress of works that has been carried. Now that my project is completed i am glad to say that it was a wise decision for us to have engaged Alex and it was really a peace of mind. Thank you Alex and team.

Alex was my initial contact and Stellon follow up thru the entire renovation process. They understand my needs, preference and budget. They provided clear and structured renovation schedule, follow up closely with any changes along the way. Changes to the designed communicated clearly and timely to me. Options and alternatives were given when I asked. Overall, I had a seamless renovation experience.

Worked with Inizio via friend’s recommendation. Alex and Malcom is highly professional. They are friendly, willing to listen, provide advice, suggest good materials according to my budget. The workmanship is impeccable and the timeline is exactly on point. During the reno period, Malcom is very prompt in his response, he also sends daily/weekly progress to me, keeping the communication line open, and liaising with the contractors to ensure the reno go as smoothly as possible. Whenever there are issues, he will promptly work together with me to rectify it. Malcom and Alex is also able to fulfill my needs by utilizing their knowledge and experience. It is tremendously helpful especially for first time owner like me, that needed a lot of practical advices to achieve the balance of what I want vs practicality. All in, Malcom has a great attitude of treating the project like his own house. They are willing to go above and beyond in helping me achieve a cozy home that I need! It is a great experience and I am glad they are the one handling my project! Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of working with JD who was referred to us by relative, the experience was nothing short of fantastic! Ms Michelle was a very patient and understanding designer who took time to understand our needs before presenting us with detailed sketches of the vision. In the process of renovation, she was thorough and ensured that everything was done to the best. Despite some challenges surfacing in the process, she took time to address it and would always go out of her way to address any queries we have about the renovation process even though it was after working hours

My family and I worked with Andrew and Guerrand for the ID and renovation of my apartment. They worked well together, providing us with great recommendations based on our lifestyle and requirements. They followed through closely through the renovation phase and while there were hiccups, they addressed them promptly. They also provided good support after the move in. Overall, they made the renovation process smooth and pleasant! Would highly recommend them :)
