We found Posh living through the Qanvast event. Ken and Ray took up our project and we're happy that they did. They are always responsive to text and queries, regardless of time & day and are always proactive to overcoming obstacles and issues. They are also genuine in planning our spaces that suits our day to day lifestyle and are always trying to have a deep and complete understanding of what we want and does hands on work to demonstrate / portray what we want to the contractors. They take pride in their work and constantly update us on the progress and check in with us at each phase of work to ensure accuracy. These are the attitudes that we would want in an ID. Although our experience with our IDs were great, we hope that Posh can work together with contractors to improve their skills & attitudes for some of the individual workers. Overall, it was a smooth renovation experice despite some obstacles which were resolved promptly by our IDs. They can definitely get the job done. Thank you for squatting in our toilet for 2 hours testing / re-doing our grout for us and all the other help you have given us! We are very happy with the outcome of our Dream Home that Ray & Ken has helped us to achieve!

Got IDs Ken and Jeraldine. Very reasonable pricing and great service compared to other ID companies we approached. They cater wholly to our design requests and also gave their input to whether its practical to do certain designs. Whole project completed faster than expected and entire process although not 100% seamless, they are able and prompt to rectify whenever there is a need to. Definitely will recommend.

I knew I wanted to hire Jeraldine as my ID as she came highly recommended by my sister and I did not regret it one bit. Jeraldine did an amazing job with my home renovation. She was attentive to all my questions and best of all, she was able to meet my reno budget without compromising quality. Jeraldine was prompt in providing reno updates and any issues were rectified asap. She was always there to provide her professional opinion which was much appreciated. I had a really fun experience during the entire renovation process mainly because of Jeraldine. She made my dream home become a reality. Thank you!

It was an unexpected encounter with Posh Living. Walked in to Posh Living at Ubi after seeing another ID at the same building with my husband. We were served by a newbie whom we have no confidence and faith. Thus there was not much communication and follow up. Months later, I received a phone call from Jeraldine and get to know the newbie had left and she is in charge of our account. We arranged to meet up. She's friendly, jovious and professional. Through our numerous meeting up, she is patient and not pushy. She gave us time to think through our design and decision. She also provided us with professional advice on the design of our new BTO. Upon confirmation on getting her service, I must really say she is REAL good. She coordinated all our renovation work without us having to worry a single moment. We have alot of carpentry. The carpenters provided very good quality and standard which we are happy and satisfied. She also managed to hand over our completed renovation on time. We are glad we made the RIGHT choice in choosing Posh Living and Jeraldine is really a top notch ID that we can definitely rely on without having to worry about our renovation process. We are delighted to have had Philip as our ID throughout the journey of building our dream house. Despite rising costs, such as the 8% to 9% GST, and a limited budget, we were fortunate to have Philip managing our project. Philip showed patience and attentiveness, carefully considering all our needs. He never took shortcuts or compromised on quality. While being mindful of our budget, he recommended materials that met our requirements without sacrificing aesthetic quality. He adhered to the renovation timeline and guided us through each step of the process. He was always helpful and accommodating, ensuring the integrity of the designs remained intact even when we made changes. Though there were some hiccups along the way, he made every effort to promptly address and resolve them. Overall, we are thrilled with the final result of the renovation and recommend engaging him as your ID! Kudos to Philip 👍👍👍!

My wife and I have engaged with Philip from Posh Living to renovate our BTO and I was impressed with the timeliness and quality of the end product. Philip was meticulous and proactive in ensuring that every finishing are of high standards. As we were first timers in renovation works, he advised with practicality in mind rather than giving in to all our ideas, and it reaffirmed that Philip is committed to creating an ideal home for us. He synergised well with his network of sub contractors to ensure my demands were met, eg. data points laid across the whole house, seamless aircon piping works and high quality carpentry works. Whether it was answering my questions, addressing concerns, or providing updates on the project's progress, they were always very prompt in their response This fostered a strong sense of trust and reliabilty throughout the entire process. They also provide good customer service and project management skills. From coordinating deliveries to scheduling subcontractors, they demonstrated they can keep the project on track and within budget. They also have good contacts with various reliable and reputable suppliers which made the whole process more seamless. Although there r some hiccup here and there, overall they have done a good job and we are satisfied with the outcome. In conclusion, we like their responsiveness, project & time management, and supplier recommendations. Thanks Philip and Wei Lun for providing such good service. 🙏🙏

Glad to have Ray and Ken as my ID in the journey towards building my own home. They offered great advice and ideas on how to design my home when I had no idea what to do - so this was really helpful! They were responsible and ensured that the works went as per schedule and any defects identified were fixed promptly. 😊 They were also quick to come up with solutions to challenges that surfaced along the way which lessened the burden on me, not forgetting that they made the effort to keep the cost affordable! 🤩 They were very responsive to all the queries I had at any point of time whether it was relating to the works or on how furniture should be chosen to match the theme. Our Id is Philip and he had been an excellent interior design for us from the initial consultation to the final touches, displaying professionalism, responsibility and attention to detail. Throughout the renovation, he was always there to provide updates of the progression and constantly engaging us about our preference for the renovation. As with most renovation, there is bound to have hiccups along the way and we are grateful to have Philip provide his professional solution/option. We recently completed our 4-room Tengah BTO renovation with Jeraldine from PoshLiving, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. We decided to work with Wei Lun and Philip as we felt that they were the IDs we vibed with the best. We appreciated how they listened to our requests and crazy ideas and provided their opinions on the matter - for ideas that can be achieved, they told us "Ok, can can"; for requests that seemed crazy, their patience in understanding our perspectives and the time spent on discussing how or what can be done was what made my hubby and I feel that we could work with them best in our first house renovation experience. And yea, the whole renovation experience really went smooth for us! It was fantastic. Wei Lun was extremely responsive and clear in managing the project to its completion, and even when addressing our requests for changes and rectifications. Philip was also very generous in sharing renovation tips and advice, which helped us to make better and informed decisions. My hubby and I truly enjoyed the discussions and meetings we had with them. Overall, my hubby and I are really glad to have Wei Lun and Philip as our IDs. We would definitely recommend them to others as well!
