I knew I wanted to hire Jeraldine as my ID as she came highly recommended by my sister and I did not regret it one bit. Jeraldine did an amazing job with my home renovation. She was attentive to all my questions and best of all, she was able to meet my reno budget without compromising quality. Jeraldine was prompt in providing reno updates and any issues were rectified asap. She was always there to provide her professional opinion which was much appreciated. I had a really fun experience during the entire renovation process mainly because of Jeraldine. She made my dream home become a reality. Thank you!

We are delighted to have had Philip as our ID throughout the journey of building our dream house. Despite rising costs, such as the 8% to 9% GST, and a limited budget, we were fortunate to have Philip managing our project. Philip showed patience and attentiveness, carefully considering all our needs. He never took shortcuts or compromised on quality. While being mindful of our budget, he recommended materials that met our requirements without sacrificing aesthetic quality. He adhered to the renovation timeline and guided us through each step of the process. He was always helpful and accommodating, ensuring the integrity of the designs remained intact even when we made changes. Though there were some hiccups along the way, he made every effort to promptly address and resolve them. Overall, we are thrilled with the final result of the renovation and recommend engaging him as your ID! Kudos to Philip 👍👍👍!

My wife and I have engaged with Philip from Posh Living to renovate our BTO and I was impressed with the timeliness and quality of the end product. Philip was meticulous and proactive in ensuring that every finishing are of high standards. As we were first timers in renovation works, he advised with practicality in mind rather than giving in to all our ideas, and it reaffirmed that Philip is committed to creating an ideal home for us. He synergised well with his network of sub contractors to ensure my demands were met, eg. data points laid across the whole house, seamless aircon piping works and high quality carpentry works. Whether it was answering my questions, addressing concerns, or providing updates on the project's progress, they were always very prompt in their response This fostered a strong sense of trust and reliabilty throughout the entire process. They also provide good customer service and project management skills. From coordinating deliveries to scheduling subcontractors, they demonstrated they can keep the project on track and within budget. They also have good contacts with various reliable and reputable suppliers which made the whole process more seamless. Although there r some hiccup here and there, overall they have done a good job and we are satisfied with the outcome. In conclusion, we like their responsiveness, project & time management, and supplier recommendations. Thanks Philip and Wei Lun for providing such good service. 🙏🙏

Glad to have Ray and Ken as my ID in the journey towards building my own home. They offered great advice and ideas on how to design my home when I had no idea what to do - so this was really helpful! They were responsible and ensured that the works went as per schedule and any defects identified were fixed promptly. 😊 They were also quick to come up with solutions to challenges that surfaced along the way which lessened the burden on me, not forgetting that they made the effort to keep the cost affordable! 🤩 They were very responsive to all the queries I had at any point of time whether it was relating to the works or on how furniture should be chosen to match the theme. All in all, I am satisfied with the outcome and recommend for you to engage them as your ID! 👏👍

Our Id is Philip and he had been an excellent interior design for us from the initial consultation to the final touches, displaying professionalism, responsibility and attention to detail. Throughout the renovation, he was always there to provide updates of the progression and constantly engaging us about our preference for the renovation. As with most renovation, there is bound to have hiccups along the way and we are grateful to have Philip provide his professional solution/option. We recently completed our 4-room Tengah BTO renovation with Jeraldine from PoshLiving, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Her communication was consistently prompt and transparent, keeping us informed even during lulls like the CNY break. Jeraldine made us feel prioritized throughout the entire process. She patiently addressed all our specific requests, from ensuring proper vacuum clearance under kitchen cabinets to perfectly laying straight tiles - a rare find in the industry. What truly set Jeraldine apart was her dedication to helping us visualize our design concepts. She invested considerable time in this process, which proved invaluable in bringing our ideas to life. We decided to work with Wei Lun and Philip as we felt that they were the IDs we vibed with the best. We appreciated how they listened to our requests and crazy ideas and provided their opinions on the matter - for ideas that can be achieved, they told us "Ok, can can"; for requests that seemed crazy, their patience in understanding our perspectives and the time spent on discussing how or what can be done was what made my hubby and I feel that we could work with them best in our first house renovation experience. And yea, the whole renovation experience really went smooth for us! It was fantastic. Wei Lun was extremely responsive and clear in managing the project to its completion, and even when addressing our requests for changes and rectifications. Philip was also very generous in sharing renovation tips and advice, which helped us to make better and informed decisions. My hubby and I truly enjoyed the discussions and meetings we had with them. Overall, my hubby and I are really glad to have Wei Lun and Philip as our IDs. We would definitely recommend them to others as well!

We didn't know much about home reno and just took a leap of faith with Posh Living after walking around in IMM. It turned out well - Thanks to Philip and Wailun for bringing our first home to life! They were friendly, patient and very open, took time to understand what we wanted/needed and gave their own advices based on experience. They were prompt with their follow ups too, We also got feedback from neighbours that our carpentry work was very good compared to theirs and we got the project handed over according to the agreed timeline. Feels so good to return to our house every day :)

We had the pleasure of working alongside with Farhan from Posh Living Interior Design. He carefully considered every detail of our design, from color schemes and our personality, resulting in a simple yet elegant and cohesively stunning interior. We expressed our interests and concerns for certain lightings and colours and he was able to execute our request timely and with full excellence. He always replies our messages and got back to us in a timely manner with a sense of urgency - treating us with absolute priority. Our house now feels like a daily luxurious retreat and we owe it all to him! He managed the entire project seamlessly and in a timely manner - making the whole process stress free because we can count on him. A big thank you to our pretty and chio ID Jeraldine & Posh Living Interior Design team for renovating our new house. We are so pleased and in love with our new house. Our impression of her during our initial meet up is friendly and sincere. She is also very patient with my constant changing of designs and ideas. No renovation is without hiccups. It's how Jeraldine manages the issues. Communication, honesty and courage are very crucial in this line of work. Especially it involves lots of money to reno a house. Most important is their price are very reasonable as compare to other ID companies. Throughout the reno, Jeraldine is responsive and responsible when issues are reported. She kept me updated on the schedules and progress from time to time.
