Terms and Conditions

• This program is only valid when the Referred Friend submits a valid request for ID recommendation; it is not valid for direct inquiries to their preferred firms or through the Qanvast Hangout. The Referrer must have either submitted a valid request for ID recommendations, made a valid direct enquiry with an interior firm on Qanvast, OR attended the Qanvast Hangout.

• The Referred Friend and the Referrer must not be the same person, or from the same household (existing or future property to be renovated). The Referred Friend must have a different phone number and address from the Referrer. There should also not be more than one Referrer from the same household (existing or future property to be renovated).

• Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes within Malaysia. The referral link should not be shared with people you do not know, advertised, or distributed via automated systems or bots.

• All conditions listed above must be fulfilled before both parties can receive the referral payout. The payment will be made 4 weeks after our verification.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, as long as the referrals are verified to be valid (see Terms and Conditions). Qanvast has the right to reject a referral if it is deemed fraudulent or has flouted the terms and conditions listed here.

• Qanvast reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notification and the right to make the final decision.
