So many excuses for the delay of the project and did not complete the renovation on my master bedroom as i took ID for entire home. Lack of communication from the project manager and the team member resulted in so many issues, even used Cement render on the wall behind bed as they think is good design, resulted in the wall to be dusty. I asked them to fix it but they asked to pay for the the additional paint work. Please stay away from this ID company.

Opulence has done a great job in delivering the design we were looking for. I have a very big eye for detail and would say you need to always check the work delivered. they never hesitate to correct and do better though. thanks for the great work guys.

Engaged Opulence Design for interior design of a new apartnent in KL. Design was ok considering the budget. However, workmanship was horrible and shoddy, leaving a lot to be desired. Even after complaining to Nadia, the defects were badly rectified, leaving it in worse condition. Word of advise, fire your contractors!!! Also, if you are managing the contractors, please have a higher standard for quality... What kind of designer and project manager allows such bad quality. Please think twice before engaging Opulence Design. Very disappointed...
