I was having trouble maximising space for my kids till i met Connie from Tivolli. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She gave me great ideas and patiently analysed the pros and cons of each option. She's also very proactive in making sure the whole installation was done smoothly. Lian and his team are great installers. I'm very satisfied with their workmanship too. Overall the quality of the furniture is great! Highly recommended 👍

Don't get cheated by Tivolli Design (M) Sdn. Bhd. Making empty promise only All products give are defect, pushing the work to defect team to solve No protection to the flooring, simply throw the tools & screw on floor Installers not professional, they simply send part-timer Keep dragging the work and no work can be done on time Customer service also poor, keep calling but no reply Work not done but customer need to paid them 100% before installation Watch out not to engage them

Very good service with the quality provided. Very experience guy or worker they sent onsite. Very satisfied with the work even the task was only completed within single day. Their advisor also very friendly and willing to help when you got any queries. Low profile ID and they will not hesitate to answer your queries. Compliment to all the worker and they made a good job and they are very experience.
