Xue Yuan Koh
Poor workmanship and after sales service

Reviewed by Xue Yuan Koh・Submitted 9 Aug 2022・ Project completed Dec 2021・Designer Star

I decided to engage with their services after getting my house key, however this is so regretting. Firstly, their PIC couldn’t give appropriate advice on what should and can be done during site visit, all ideas need to come from us telling and showing them pictures about what we want. Secondly, told them the timeline we need the reno to be done and they mentioned that is something do able as they need about 3 months only, however when the project started for 3 weeks, nothing is done to my unit! After complaining and pushing they started bit by bit and giving me shitty services, floor tiles colour are so different, not sure if they are colourblind. With all these delays and wrong colour tiles, it causes the entire timeline pushes back and causes so many inconvenience to us! Thirdly, after they done with the unit (like finally for us), we discover that the water piping in kitchen couldn’t really flow smoothly, and got to know from plumber was their workers drop a lot of cements and sand into the hole and causes blockage, what on earth! After things are done, we move in and more and more problems coming, the bathroom pipe for water heater burst, kitchen pipe for sink is leaking till my cabinet is all wet, later on the other pipe in the kitchen is leaking due to they didn’t seal something properly, the worst part is without getting a plumber ourselves to check we didn’t even know that they knock our tiles and just cover with a white board to tend to hide it from us, and then floor tiles are loosing etc etc… the worst part is the PIC not even replying our message anymore. This is really frustrating, choose your makeover company wisely to avoid bad experiences like this :)
