I found Reqalab on Qanvast and checked their profile there, in FB and Instagram as well. After liaising with Afiq, I found that their quotation was reasonable and specifically detailed. I wanted to overhaul both bathrooms in my apartment as they are more than 30 years old. Before Reqalab, I already engaged another contractor to oversee and renovate my bathrooms but he gave me wrong toilet bowl measurements. So when I hired Reqalab, Afiq went out of his way to assist me to change the toilet bowls with minimal additional charges, and this helped me save a lot! So thankful for that. Also, he has great design ideas and vision for the bathrooms and frequently checked with me on the design, and also advice for each item/area before proceeding with it. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the whole outcome. The project manager, Jai was also very helpful, he and his team worked efficiently to meet the completion date despite having other setbacks such as sudden major pipe leak in the kitchen, wrong faucet size (that I had bought beforehand) etc. Thank you very much to the whole team.

afiq is very helpful and attentive to our needs. he and his team communicate clearly on the works to be done. any variation of works will be discuss first and only started after agreement. no problem in rectifying any works if its needed to be. they can also propose solutions base on our needs. overall service, workmanship and quality is good, although slight delay in completing the works. will contact them again for future renovations. Very satisfied with the renovation result. The design was thoroughly done and reviewed to ensure customer expectations are met. The ID listened and have no issue to tweak the design to ensure satisfaction. The job delivery went a bit beyond plan but within the limit (1 week beyond original plan). The finishing touch was exactly as seen on the 3D drawing. Will consider this ID again for any renovation work in the future.

I am so glad I stumbled upon Qanvast. I applied the quotation form and got contacted by 5 IDs. Finally picked to work with Reqa Lab. The areas that I renovated was dry pantry room, laundry room and powder room. Afiq and his dedicated team worked throughout December and completed the plan. I am so happy with the professionalism and how easy it was to deal with creating 3 space at 1 go. I’d highly recommend them. They were so down to earth, easy to discuss and had great ideas and inputs. I am so grateful that they helped creat 3 amazing spaces in my home.

Afiq and team got in touch with me via the app. Qanvast gave a total of 5 ID contacts but I went with Reqa Lab as they were very engaging. I had a tight budget of 40k to work for 3 spaces. They worked within my budget. Each space was discussed clearly and then made into a 3D imagine to get a better idea of what’s in store. They gave a month to complete and I was very pleased that they stuck to it. I was very happy with the 3 spaces that they created - laundry room, pantry and powder room. So easy to work with and they help maximise storage in my house. So pleased. Highly recommend them.
