We engaged Opulent Atelier to help us renovate our first home within a tight timeline. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas for improvement. Design & Aesthetics: We’re highly pleased with how the final outcome turned out — the team was able to bring our vision to life while offering smart adjustments along the way. Communication: Excellent. They were responsive, answered our questions clearly, and provided alternative suggestions when ideas weren’t feasible. The only suggestion would be to keep the client more updated on decisions made on-site. Timeline & Management: The renovation was completed within a fairly short timeframe, which we appreciated. On-site execution of feedback could have been more consistent, but the team remained accommodating. Workmanship: Some aspects could be improved, though we understand the constraints of working on a tight schedule. Budget Transparency: As first-time homeowners, we valued how upfront and honest they were about costs. They helped us stay within budget without compromising on design. Post-Handover: Minor improvements needed in touch-up work, especially relating to workmanship. Overall: A good experience. Would recommend them.

In 2024, I received the VP for my new home and began the search for an interior designer to help bring our vision to life. This being my third house, I’ve learned a lot from past experiences and knew exactly what I was looking for—someone talented, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. My search spanned various platforms like Qanvast, Atap, Facebook, Instagram, and more. That’s when I came across a relatively new company called Opulent Atelier. At first, I had some doubts about whether a young designer like En. Rahmat could turn our dream into reality. We also explored many well-established firms, but in the end, we decided to give En. Rahmat and his team a chance. To our surprise, the designs they proposed were perfectly aligned with our vision. Not only did they meet our expectations, but the quotation provided was also significantly lower compared to other designers—based on an apple-to-apple comparison. After about two months of renovation, with just a few minor adjustments along the way, our house was completed—and the results were nothing short of amazing. We went for a Muji + Scandinavian concept, focusing on maximizing hidden storage to keep things neat and clutter-free. We’re extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend Opulent Atelier to any new homeowners out there.
