Great work done by the crew. We had engaged ID Chuah, young man whom you can count on. Surprisingly he has demonstrated very high commitment at this young age. Everything we asked for, he was able to fulfill nearly no miss. Responsiveness was good. Followed up and providing progressive updates. We had a major reno on a resale terrace, so it was a lot of work and coordination require. Chuah contributed valuable input on every aspect and suggesting solutions to overcome our concerns. The working crew who is there is also polite, friendly and cooperative. We had an aggressive timeline to complete the renovation. Glad that we are in time. They work day and night on the final two weeks. Quote wise, talk to them and budget up front to meet the expectations and cost is still within Budget. It’s negotiable and reasonable. Overall, satisfied with the work. And I would recommend Grazioso to those who are looking for ID services. Positive comments from us - Happy Owner
