Initially, I was skeptical that a "one roof designer" service could handle my perfectionism and obsessiveness when it comes to my home. I thought they're usually business profit minded and wouldn't care much much about services. However, Mega Fusion set clear expectations about the processes, renovation charges and paired me with a lovely designer. Natasha was exceptional about being timely, responsive and receptive to my input and suggestions throughout the entire process. I'm holding tight budget but with some specific suggestions she was able to come up with a finalize design that I love for both the living room and my dream kitchen! Not forget to mentioned their tip-top after sales service, I feel worriless staying comfortably in my house as I know Mega Fusion is responsible and responsive, they are literally just a call away. We engaged Mega Fusion at a home expo on the interior design for our house. Natasha and the lead designer were very responsible, responsive and prioritised recommendations which are value from money and within our budget. They were very receptive to our requests and provided various ideas to accomodate our requests. Delivery was on time with good overall workmanship, and they were very efficient in fixing minor defects after delivery.

It was a dream to own our dream home until we meet Mega Fushion team. They helped us figure out how to make full use of the space. They openly listened to all our concerns and provided various ideas and solutions for the design. We love the outcome and received a lot of compliments from our friends and family. .

Natasha and her team were very accommodative and it was a pleasant experience working with them. They did a very close follow up even till the entire renovation process had ended. They were very helpful in terms of providing design style and ideas. She was very straightforward in her suggestion and opinion. Came across Mega Fusion Design Studio at KLCC ID fair expo in 2015. Engaged Mega Fusion Natasha and gave her my plans. She is very professional, and we had many discussions on the design. She was patient to rectify them until I was satisfied. Every defect was rectified and attended to until we were happy. We weren't in a hurry, so we didn't rush Natasha to finish the project because she is also pregnant. She is very good because she nailed it design when we told her we wanted a homely feel to it. Although the price is a little higher than "other vendors", hiring an interior designer is a one stop solution and overall I'm quite satisfied with engaging Natasha.
