I hired Elaine and John for my house renovation, and I’m very pleased with the results. Elaine has a great design sense and offered valuable advice that aligned with my requirements, while John’s strong technical knowledge ensured the renovation was carried out smoothly. They were a pleasure to work with, delivering the project on time with excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of renovation work for their home.

I engaged with Interior Hunters for my first home renovation. Before this, I have no prior experience in renovation. I need a professional and someone trustworthy for this task. They first offer a free site tour to understand my requirements and get to know more about my unit. After getting back and forth with the design, I confirmed and made the initial deposit. The payment was made based on milestone terms, so it is not a one-off deposit. 6 months later, I received my unit in fully furnished terms. It was great and the experience was smooth. I asked for a minimalistic design, and I got it as promised. After the handover date, there is also a one year warranty on products that they created (e.g., lightings and cupboards). I can also contact them anytime via WhatsApp if there are any issues. I would say the whole process was user friendly for a first-time home owner. They care to explain the details and educate me on things that I should make the decision in. Throughout the 6 months, I was only required to visit the unit twice - first time due to a leakage problem on my old unit, second time to collect my keys after completion. I believe engaging with a firm is also a learning process for homebuyers. I get to learn to be more explicit on what I really wanted, which can avoid confusion. Although there were a few hiccups happened, it was resolved in a timely manner. I really like that they are always open for communication. Overall, Elaine and the team done a great work. Huge props to John Ong who is a great project manager and Kelvin being a site coordinator throughout the whole renovation process. Also thanks to Qanvast for recommending them to me. :)

From the beginning, Interior Hunters (IH) stood out from the rest when they took the most detailed and comprehensive measurements during the site visit to present me with an accurate proposal. All costs, professional fees, etc. were clearly and transparently set out from the start which made deciding on a firm a no-brainer. They were the only firm as well who gave me a detailed conceptual proposal before I even engaged them, thus setting a very a good first impression! I absolutely loved working with Yoke Leng - she is a creative with solid project management skills! She listened to my considerations, paid attention to my budget and kept me informed with the reno updates weekly! She was excellent at her job that i only visited the site twice, once in between and another time at handover. I fully trusted her vision, her attention to detail and execution. IH is also the first ID firm I've heard amongst my friends to actually deliver AHEAD of the timeline. Even after handover, she was still very responsive and whatever minor defects were rectified immediately. I am very pleased with my experience with IH and grateful there was absolutely 0 stress throughout this whole journey. Highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an ID + contractor!

After I attended a Qanvast event where I met a few companies, I was keen to get Interior Hunters on board as I liked what I saw in their portfolio of past work and the friendly and informative presentation by John who is a Project Manager. I was then introduced to Elaine the designer and I told her about what I envision my home to be. She then came out with the mood boards for my home, taking account of my inputs and I was happy with the look produced. Next step was the site visit, then the 2D and 3D renders which really got me excited and look forward to the actual project. The actual renovation process took just under 8 weeks and each week I would get updates about the site progress from John and Elaine. Both John and Elaine were helpful and easy to communicate with and they always explain the process, design ideas, quality of materials used and offer solutions to matters arising during renovation clearly and promptly. Overall, I am grateful and happy to work with them as they delivered the project with good workmanship and within my time and budget. I would really recommend their services.

Yoke Leng has an eye for detail and understood clearly what our needs are from the very beginning, which compelled us to go with Interior Hunters ultimately when choosing the right interior design firm for the renovation of our new house. Yoke Leng was always very professional when answering our questions and whenever there was an issue with the renovation process, she will always be ready with at least 2 solutions to resolve the issue instead of simply telling us what the issue is. In addition, Alex also did a very good job in managing and monitoring the renovation process and was always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed. All in all, it was such a stress-free experience thanks to Yoke Leng, Alex and the renovation team. We will definitely recommend Interior Hunters to our friends and family!

Elaine’s creativity and John’s technical knowledge has helped made our renovation journey a breeze. It is our first house, we were both clueless about the process but both of them have shown great patience all the way, recommending ideas/alternatives within our budget, sharing knowledge as well as proactively providing updates on any major or minor milestones/changes. The team was very responsive with all the questions we had. Also, for more than once, they have gone beyond their roles to help with various water leakage issues that were supposed to be the developer’s responsibility, and that has been extremely helpful. HUGE thanks to John, Elaine and the team working at the back end! Without you guys, our renovation would not be able to complete ahead of time (which is probably unheard of) and everything turns out so nice! We are extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend IH if you want a stressless renovation!

Elaine was designer who oversaw my entire renovation. She was able to recommend solutions that focused on functionality and yet with a pleasing aesthetic. I had alot of specific requirements but Elaine and the team took the time to ensure it is correct up till the very small details. Any issue that came up was professionally dealt with by the team. One key point that i appreciated was the responsiveness of the team in answering my questions (be it late into the night or on weekends), and also providing me constant update as I dont have the time to keep chasing for updates. Overall, i think Elaine and the team did a very good job in managing my renovation project and also ensuring it's within my budget range despite having some unexpected costs. Keep it up with the strong customer centric approach!

I’m a happy and satisfied customer of your service, big shout out to my friendly, patience, helpful ID-Winnie 😘 as they really transformed my unit into my ideal cozy type, home sweet home☺️ I’m so glad with their workmanship and ideas provided by Winnie. She is a very thoughtful person and can easily understand my requests, then come out with the best solutions to solved the issues. Of course she is very responsive. Whenever you prompted queries, she will revert immediately. They even helped me to rectify issues that supposed to be done by developer(after I’ve done my defect check) for eg:uneven switch covers, cracks, stains n etc... they really take the ownership to complete my unit as if their own unit and this the part that I’m so touched with & appreciated. Each week, Winnie will summarised work done and in progress to keep me update. They finished my unit as per schedule, within my budget and handover to me a move in condition unit that Wows me when the moment I open my door. Millions thank to Winnie and her team for putting up so much efforts for my unit and I definitely will highly recommend them to my families and friends. Keep up for the good work😉

I would like to express my gratitude to Ms Agnes Tan that patiently provided me with many good ideas and thoughts on renovating my house. Although it was few areas that need advise for, such as minimalist and muji types that i like, she will give some ideas to keeping the space simple for me, that I'm quite satisfied and happy with her ideas. Had the privilege of working with Ms Agnes & Interior Hunters on my first home renovation & was at the end of the day, very pleased with the outcome & the excellent work she had put in. Budget was my biggest concern, but the team was attentive to that and came out with designs that meet my needs without compromising on beauty & functionality. Throughout the project, Ms Agnes had been very engaging despite having most of the discussion done via online platform- a new way of doing home renovation amid the pandemic, nevertheless a very convenient way to communicate and get ideas across both parties. Ms Agnes was also very reliable & professional, as she works systematically and took initiative to ensure reno works are completed on time & even carry out self-inspection at the end to ensure renovation qualities are met. Defects were immediately rectified when detected. All in all, It was a delight to be working with her & if given the chance, will engage with her & Interior Hunters again in the future. Had the pleasure to meet Agnes while reviewing potential list of designers. She is very open and creative in putting a design to meet my imagination within a tough budget limitations. She went extra length in visiting my current place to understand my household space for her to plan a good layout design. In contact with Miss Agnes Tan, a designer dedicated and passionate towards her work, recommending the designs based on customer's preference and budget.Very detailed in explanation and patience in explaining the different kinds of packages and proposal. We very love the minimalist design and hassle free process renovation for our new house which was very compatible with our personal taste. Keep up the good work!
