My id help me to get my dream home. He helped me to design it with a cozy design, I just love how it looks. At first I don’t really understand on how to choose the materials and etc, but Azree help us to explain type of the materials and the pro and cons of using that. In order to make us understand better, he also shows us some options to make us more easier to make decision. Our id able to meet our budget with our expectation, for the timeline so far not exceeding too much, just nice.

The process of building a home is never easy or straightforward. Even though you may have a detailed idea of how your vision for your dream house should look, executing it and making it happen can be challenging. And that shouldn’t be the case. I have gone through a lot before choosing my house’s ID.. We are glad that we found Klass. Klass ID team was professional, attentive, and highly creative. Met the client expectations. Team are accessible and attentive to the requirements of the client. Reasonable price and do have after-project follow-ups. Client questions are answered and experienced designers. They provide clear steps-by steps during the renovation progress. Everything done within the time frame. No delay, no fuss and no problems with the results. Highly recommended for those who wants to make their house more appealing but have time limitations.

I had engaged Klaas as the ID staff seems qualified and impressive during our first meeting and site visit. However, I am disappointed with the outcome and services provided by Klaas after engaging them. I have engaged Klaas to provide the design concept/mood board with a payment of RM1,000. What was presented to me was just cut and paste of examples from their completed works or company portfolio to form the proposed designed concept/mood board which I could have easily source from the internet on my own. For the amount paid, I was expecting more, such as a physical mood board with the proposed design concept, colour scheme and materials to be presented. If I had known the kind of effort put in to the design concept/mood board and outcome that I will receive, I would definitely not pay for it nor engaged their services.

Winnie was an excellent ID who understood our vision and was able to perfectly execute them within our desired timeframe. She was calm, patient and offered great input at every step. Even when we needed certain phase to be completed earlier than the planned date, she was able to pull it off! She provided us great suggestions throughout the process and we’re very happy with the final outcome! Will definitely recommend!

Working with Joanne was a really smooth experience. She were easy to talk to, kept things moving, and were quick to respond whenever something came up.
