Met the client expectations. Team are accessible and attentive to the requirements of the client. Reasonable price and do have after-project follow-ups. Client questions are answered and experienced designers. They provide clear steps-by steps during the renovation progress. Everything done within the time frame. No delay, no fuss and no problems with the results. Highly recommended for those who wants to make their house more appealing but have time limitations.

I had engaged Klaas as the ID staff seems qualified and impressive during our first meeting and site visit. However, I am disappointed with the outcome and services provided by Klaas after engaging them. I have engaged Klaas to provide the design concept/mood board with a payment of RM1,000. What was presented to me was just cut and paste of examples from their completed works or company portfolio to form the proposed designed concept/mood board which I could have easily source from the internet on my own. For the amount paid, I was expecting more, such as a physical mood board with the proposed design concept, colour scheme and materials to be presented. If I had known the kind of effort put in to the design concept/mood board and outcome that I will receive, I would definitely not pay for it nor engaged their services.

I'm really happy with Klaas for my bungalow design & build. Nina did an amazing job by putting together all our needs and thoughts to blend in with the overall concept. The entire design turned out to be even better than what I expected, balancing style and functionality perfectly. The team was great to work with. They are very reliable, professional, attentive, and always keeping me in the loop. I especially appreciate their truthful and honest feedback where key decisions need to be made even though the Team knows that I might not be in favour. I’d definitely and strongly recommend Klaas to anyone looking for design and build service.

We recently had the opportunity to work with KLAAS for a project in our home, and I wanted to share my experience, even though we ultimately decided to cancel the plan. From the very beginning, the team at KLAAS impressed me with their professionalism and enthusiasm. Our initial consultations were thorough and insightful; they took the time to understand my vision and offered thoughtful suggestions that aligned with my aesthetic preferences. Their knowledge of design trends and their ability to translate my ideas into practical design elements was evident. The mood boards and 3D renderings provided were exceptionally detailed and gave me a clear picture of how the final space would look. They were prompt in their responses and accommodating of my schedule, making the planning process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel the project. However, I want to emphasize that this decision was not a reflection of the service quality. KLAAS demonstrated a high level of expertise and dedication throughout our engagement. They were understanding and respectful of our decision to cancel, which further solidified my positive impression of their customer service. I would highly recommend KLAAS to anyone looking for a talented and reliable interior designer. Their creative approach and commitment to client satisfaction are truly commendable. While this project did not come to fruition, I am confident that they would deliver outstanding results for our next project.

Recently bought a new cluster semi-D house. After going surveying a few designer, I settled on Klaasman. They brought my ideas to life, and ensured that works is done properly. Very professional, with lots of knowledge and skill. Was very patient with me even though I had many requests and changes. and gave their honest opinions if my idea could not work. Definitely recommend to anyone who want to do home renovations and interior decor.

Respons sangat cepat dari ID firm yang lain. Try to engage few ID firm tapi 2-3 minggu baru reply email. The entire team at KLAAS is very helpful and professional. From the initial consult to the final details, we had complete trust in their approach. Even when things got complicated, we always felt they were in our corner and doing whatever they could to get the best outcome for us. Our designer, Yana was a dream to work with and also helped make the project fun, which goes a long way!

We engaged Klaas because the quotes given fit our budget and Joanne has been able to give us practical and sometimes cost saving ideas as well. It was a pleasure working with Joanne on our house and we are happy with the ID planned out for our house. She has also been very responsible throughout the whole project and very responsive to any question that we have. The team has been helpful throughout and also managed to rectify the things that we needed. Overall, we had a splendid experience with them. 😊 Area of improvement will probably be for the rock climbing team as the safety mats were not sewn up very well and we had to change them 2-3 times. There is also room for improvement on the workmanship on the woodworks.

I had a great experience working with KLAAS. We moved into a new penthouse and they help us pick all interiors as well as our furniture. I don't think people realize how difficult it is to sort through every detail, and also have the bigger picture in mind to make sure everything fits together. I'm so pleased with how everything in our penthouse looks. Not to mention what an absolute delight it was work with both Nina and Sarah. I have 100 percent trust in them and they were able to stay within my budget. I would highly recommend working with them for any of your interior design needs!

This is our first time to engage an interior designer. Right from engaging to completion of our project, our project manager, Joanne Lim was very professional and helpful.
