Urban Home Design was our choice after consulting with several ID firms. Their price was not the lowest, but we were impressed by the project managers assigned to us, i.e. James and Chai Hwa. They paid attention to our wishes and also assessed our actual needs, helping us fine-tune the design that we would love. They gave us realistic suggestions that matched our family needs, unlike some of the other IDs we met who were either too extravagant or unprofessional. They accompanied us throughout the whole process, from the initial design and planning phase to the actual construction and final handover. Of course, there were some difficulties along the way, such as last minute changes, coordination with third party suppliers that we recommended, or general issues with construction. James and Chai Hwa were very quick and helpful in solving and coordinating things. They also kept their professionalism even after the handover, when we noticed some minor issues with prompt support and coordination of rectification works. We valued the support that they provided us. James and Chai Hwa truly earned a five-star rating for their excellent service.

Went to several IDs before deciding to go with Forefront Interior (Jing Long). Jing Long has a great design sense and is also very receptive to our feedback. Jing Long is very patient and will constantly update us on the renovation process and the timeline. Jing Long is also committed to rectification work and prompty address any concerns that we raised. We had a certain timeline to move in and Jing Long managed to deliver the keys in advance to ensure that we can move in as per our schedule. Although we have met a few IDs, we decided to engage Raymond Teng from Charlotte Carpentry as he looks sincere during our first meeting and did his best to finalise the quotes within our expectations. His design profile as well as positive reviews from the website also allowed us to make our decision easily. Upon confirmation, he is able to promptly do up a 3D drawing after we have shared with him our design expectations and theme which we loved at first sight. Only some minor amendments were needed after our subsequent discussion. Working with Raymond turned out exactly as what you would expect. He is a very responsive and responsible guy who will always try his best to revert to your questions at his earliest convenience, which are especially important to me and my wife since we are a first time homeowners. Furthermore, he will also make the effort to provide frequent updates by sending pictures of the site which put our minds at ease. So I would say that the service provided by Raymond is really 5 stars or even beyond. But with renovation having so many moving parts, there are definitely some minor issues that we faced. This includes drawer misalignment and water dripping under the bathroom sink (arising from lack of waterproof silicon). After communicating these issues to Raymond, he will call back and get his staff to come down as soon as the next day to rectify the issues. As a whole, in terms of workmanship and carpentry, majority of it are installed smoothly without any major hiccup and the 3D design that was provided to us really come to life! So we have no regrets engaging Raymond as our ID :)

I can't express enough how pleased we are with this renovation company, especially with Aira overseeing the project. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, Aira's attention to detail and project management skills were exceptional. The entire team demonstrated professionalism and craftsmanship of the highest caliber. Communication was transparent, and the results exceeded my expectations. My husband found them in facebook advertisement. Research about them further and saw soo many nice projects they have done and even reviews. I was apprehensive at first so i just decide to just meet them to have a feel with Jesigns. Made an appointment with them and my husband and I connected with Shun Li and Royston right away! Their friendly nature and assurance they gave us was soo comforting. They manage to complete the house in just under 2 months! The whole process was amazing. They are accommodative to our needs and listen to us. This is important for us customers. They even gave ideas and suggestions on how to enhance the whole house looks. Every detail was given a thought by them. We did not renovate the whole house but the turn out is way better than expected. Throughout the journey, as we are both busy working, Royston constantly updates us on the house progress. Every SINGLE detail! Even to the cleaning post renovation. And it did not just stop there, they still will rectify all things we felt uneasy about. They took our considerations carefully and are receptive to feedbacks. Both Shun Li and Royston are patient with us when we enquired with them on certain things. The advice given to us to change our electrical wirings was 1 of the best decision ever as it guarantees safety. They do not compromise safety as well, even to us or their workers doing up the house. We are glad that we engaged them for our new house. Its worth every penny spent! If you are to engage them, jump into it! You are in the right path to a beautiful house that you will stay in for a lifetime!. Whats more helpful to us is their expertise and knowledge on how they visualise the project to make it a wonderful home for me and my family.

We come to know Steph from Yangs ID through Home by Hitcheed in 2022. We decided to go with her as we clique and felt most comfortable communicating with her! And that was when our Reno journey begins. Throughout the home reno journey, Steph has been providing us w ideas & references of how our home can be designed. Even though there were many changes along the way, she is very patient to walk through with us. Steph is very approachable and is always willing to provide us with suggestions. We are thankful that there were no major hiccups and issues identified were quickly rectified by herself & team. We are happy with our home has turned out to be!

I was assigned to Ah Wei when i chose Starry as my renovation contractor. From the start, he was professional and systematically asked for my requirements and he laid out the timeline and milestones. Over the period of renovation, i was constantly updated of the progress and Ah Wei was quick to resolve ad hoc issues like wiring, blind spot issues related to design vs functionality. He was also available 7 days a week and would return my text on enquiry even late at night during the period. The milestones were met and he gave suggestions along the way and the handover was earlier than expected. The whole experience was good and there was no unpleasant issues throughout.
