Our new house was designed by Wayne Leong and we're grateful for his effort in the entire renovation process. From the start, Wayne Leong has advised us and warned us of material/design that could distort the design and look of our new house, even if we really like the material/design. Wayne was a very technical person as well, he was able to advise us on the various dimensions and positionings based on what we want. Wayne was also very resourceful, his ability to resolve issues and attend to changes is superb. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

Absolutely disappointment. If you are looking for an ID who DOES NOT take your house seriously especially if it’s just a small project with low budget, maybe you can consider them. Despite trying so hard to avoid typical ID red flags (lack of response, lack of updates, lack of communication etc..) I decided to go with them after going through almost 10 other IDs. And to my extreme disappointment, thinking my ID from Todz’Terior, Eugene Tee, was good, as he appeared to be efficient and was able to provide me estimated quotation despite last min changes on the day itself (note that this was before deposits was made) even provide suggestions on the designs portion. As I personally prefers an ID who has insight, and is capable of providing some suggestions to enhance the practicality instead of just giving me everything I want and saying yes to everything. Eugene was good at the very very beginning despite some red flags, he was patient when I was indecisive on my carpentry colours, even tried to draw onto the colour book to allow me to vision whether the material is children friendly. On top of that, he also offered to purchase lights on behalf of me in Malaysia as it’s cheaper than sg. However, Eugene has way too many red flags to be overlooked. As I am a first time home owner and was not too particular on updates did not think that my ID should be doing so without me asking for it, and thinking I stayed close enough and is capable of visiting the Reno site weekly that even when Eugene failed to update me on every single details and updates of my house, I overlooked it. He failed to update me on every single carpentry work that was going on or done. Failed to rectified my concern on an uneven shower kerb opening for an entire month. He even tried to gaslight me that the gap is too small that perfect corners are almost impossible. Despite bringing it up again and again regarding the kerb since end of July, he still failed to do so by start of Sep. Although Eugene was kind enough to engage an external painter and even help to liaise with them for me as per my request with no additional charges, he failed terribly at keeping his promise which I emphasised multiple time before signing the contract, which was to coordinate my house for me in my absence. Eugene neglecting my project was revealed coincidentally when I discovered the painter was using the wrong paint for the wrong rooms and whatever paints I got for touch up was still brand new untouched in my storeroom even after the last touch up was over. And when confronted on the call, he firstly said he would get the painter to redo. However shortly later, he voice note me in a tone that is no way wanting to try and calm an agitated client. After going back and forth with regard to his lack of updates as well, all he did was voice note back and apologies in the most insincere tone. When engaged the company for a switch of ID, despite project was almost ending, I was told by the company that their senior manager Wayne Leong, would be calling me. And when he called me that evening, there’s no words to describe how horrible this company is, with such SM, who only cares to complete the project and get the full payment and not keen in resolving client unhappiness. All he wanted was to complete my project to get the money, even LAUGH on the phone when I was trying to explain my dissatisfaction. He even proceed to PUT DOWN my call without finishing the conversation. Subsequently, I managed to get through to the director of Todz’Terior. And truly this company might not survive with such ID and especially the SM. Bryan who was the managing director, arrange to meet me on site the very next day, to understand the entire situation. And on the very next day he managed to resolve the shower kerb issue. He even came down personally to ensure the work was done on the very last day of touch up for carpentry. Without Bryan taking over Eugene project, my house would have been handed in such a horrible mess, and despite the “nice” of Eugene, no amount of “nice” will be able to overwrite his negligence. I was truly disappointed to have ever engaged Todz’Terior, truly terror.

Have been looking around for interior designer for our new home..This is the 1st time we are engaging an interior as we have been using contractors. After going through a few discussions, we decided to engage Eugene from Todz..He portrayed sincerity and provide practical solutions for our home. He did his best to source for best deals for us too! I was strongly recommended to engage Brian of Totz for my renovation.Brian was very helpful and professional in dealing with our needs.He is very punctual and forthcoming with new ideas and solutions to our needs.He design and propose ideas for the complete needs of my bare 4 room flat.He design and propose my kitchen cabinets, wardrobe, shoe cabinet, toilet vanity storage, window frame and grill, main gate and door, curtains and blinds.He also handle the change of new tiles on my kitchen flooring and laying of vinyl in my living and bedroom.He also recommended and suggested lighting for the entire house.I am impressed with his prompt service and quality workmanship.Brian ensured the whole project is completed way ahead of my expectations.I am very impressed with his efficiency and ability to deliver with high standards. I highly recommend Ivy for anyone in need of a talented and dedicated interior designer. Ivy has an incredible knack for creativity and idealism, and she truly excelled in bringing my vision to life. Although we did exceed the original quotation by only 5% due to some additional elements I requested, this slight increase was well worth it. DAI FEI is an utter disappointment. Engaging him for my HDB 2 ROOM (Flexi) BTO is a complete nightmare. Small house with minimal reno only. He promised to complete in 3 weeks by Hari Raya month and it has been 3 months already. From Hari Raya Puasa to now Hari Raya Haji. Still not completed. I had to cancel my family and reschedule my furniture deliveries over and over again because of his bullshit schedules and promises. He has sent me 5 revised schedules already. His very first schedule was already shit. I spotted so many errors. He did not even bother to check his own work yet dared to submit to customer. He even said he just copy and paste from others. Shameful. He is also unresponsive. He can disregard you and can totally ignore your text. He will never update you anything and you have to find him for updates. Spoke to him nicely on the phone and met him to talk about his performance and my expectations. He assured me but bullshit again. The following week he disappeared. He was completely quiet for weeks. Similarly my house was also quiet for weeks with no works done. He is lazy and when I called him he was sleeping. I had to supervise myself. I have lost count the number of times the many items that he had done wrong and had to be rectified resulting in delays and bad workmanships. I had explained to him so many times. Still wrong. Do wrong, patch, do wrong, patch, because he will not change the whole thing. Too costly and time consuming. Some even irreparable or irreversible damages. Externally may be nice and correct but internally is already shit and ruined. I hope my house is stable. This experience had caused me much stress and inconvenience with daily anxiety. He cannot be trusted and he does not give a shit. That is his attitude. Too laidback and chill. Zero sense of urgency and will not take you seriously. No point talking to him anymore. I told him many times that I will write an honest review and inform his boss if things do not change. Here it is.

Eugene understood the concept we wanted and gave us very honest and useful advices. He was very patient with explaining the details and take note of all our requests. He works within our budget and constantly communicate with us in regards to the progress of the renovation. He also work within the timeline. I was much supported with ideas and contacts wherever and whenever I needed them. My ID Eugene was very responsible and responsive to all my queries. He was very patient with my queries, even when he was very busy, he replied to my calls and messages quickly. He always listened to what I wanted before giving his inputs. He tried his level best to understand what I really wanted and gave appropriate advice. The timeline was followed strictly and he updated me with pictures and videos whenever a particular stage of renovation was completed. Thank you Eugene for putting in so much effort!

My interior designer is Eugene Tee. It has been great working with him so far. He has assist me in creating my dream home, from design to material selection, project management and furnishings. We went through multiple discussions and he will listen to my ideas and provide good suggestions and alternative solution/option for me when needed. Eugene is friendly, responsive and helpful. He even went all the way to source for the home accessories I wanted during his rest day! Workmanship is good, as I can see that they are using reliable contractors and quality products. In terms of timelines, it's on track, 80% of the work are done and it looks good so far. Though there are still some touch up needed but looking at the current progress, I am confident that he will deliver and complete the project within the committed timeline. I have no regret in engaging Todz Terior to renovate my house and a big thumbs up to Eugene for making my renovation journey a pleasant one.
