We had a great experience with Winnie and her team. They were professional, helpful and patient throughout the renovation quotation process, putting in considerable time and effort to understand our needs and prepare the quotation. Although we ultimately couldn’t proceed, we genuinely appreciated their dedication and service. Highly recommended, and definitely our first choice for any future renovation projects!

We actually sat down and had discussions with a few other IDs before deciding, but when we first spoke to Winny, we were quite impressed with how meticulous she was. Even before our first meeting, she had already looked through our house layout from the website and prepared a rough design to show us on the first day itself. That really stood out to us before we decided on anything. Then came the actual design part. What we liked was there was no hard selling or pushing us to do this and that just for the sake of making everything perfect. Winny listened to what we wanted, what was practical for us and slowly designed the home around our ideas. Of course there were a lot of back and forth and changes from our side also haha, but she was always patient with us. Once the renovation started, Zeis took over most of the site coordination. Another person who we can very easily talk to. We probably annoyed both Winny and Zeis with the amount of questions, clarifications and random things we noticed throughout the reno journey haha, but they were always approachable and we never felt like we couldn’t ask something. Like any renovation, of course there were few very minor hiccups but for us, what matters more is how things are handled when something comes up, and they were always willing to listen, discuss and find a way to settle it. Loved that with them! And now seeing everything finally completed, we really love the outcome. It is quite a different feeling seeing something that was only in our mind and discussions for so long becoming our actual home. Our vision really came to life, and most importantly it feels like our home, not just a nicely designed house. Thank you Winny, Zeis and the whole team for the patience, all the effort and also for putting up with all our questions throughout this journey. We are really happy with how our home turned out ❤️

We’re so glad we chose Wedostylings to design and renovate our home. Seeing how much our kids love the house makes us even happier with our decision. They look forward to coming home from school every day, and as parents, there’s something really special about knowing we’ve created a home they enjoy being in. With me busy looking after the kids and my husband having a busy work schedule, we were initially worried about how we would manage the renovation and find time to visit the site regularly. Having Zeis as our project manager took so much of that worry off our shoulders. His help made the whole process much easier for our family, and we truly appreciated having someone we could rely on to oversee the work. Working with Winny was also such a lovely experience. She was patient and professional throughout the design process, but what we appreciated most was how comfortable she made us feel. We could openly share our ideas, preferences and questions without feeling intimidated or worrying that our suggestions weren’t good enough. She gave us room to be involved in designing our own home while guiding us with her experience. Whenever something might not work well aesthetically, she would patiently explain why and help us explore other possibilities. She had her own recommendations, but she was never pushy about them and was always willing to listen to what mattered to us as homeowners. That balance made the design process feel like something we were creating together, and it became a really enjoyable part of the journey. Looking back, that sense of comfort was a big reason we chose Winny over another interior designer we were considering. Beyond liking her designs, we felt we could talk to her easily and be honest about what we wanted. Since we would be working closely with our designer on something so personal, that connection meant a lot to us. Now that we’re living in the home we’ve always dreamed of, we appreciate how the team brought everything together. It’s beautiful, but it also feels like us. We can see our own choices and personality in the spaces, and it feels like a home that tells our family’s story. The project director is irresponsible,no pick up call when problem occur. Doesn't settle anything when promised something

1) Additional Hidden Cost of renovation work implemented during renovation process. 2) No clear breakdown cost on renovation bill quantities. 3) Renovation structure works not according to Engineer Construction drawings 4) Intention to delay the works. 5) Variation works incurred from time to time. 6) Workdone are not according to drawings. 7) Damage underground service without consent from Engineer.

I engaged AWA Design & Build for my home renovation and had a positive experience overall. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the project. The design was well thought out and suited my needs, while the workmanship was generally good. And I appreciate their attention to details. Any issues that arose were addressed reasonably well, and the final outcome met my expectations.

As I started shopping around for an interior designer, ARTEHORM was one of the first to reach out. Rais had many great ideas for the unit given my budget. Ever since giving him the keys to my unit, he’s been very helpful in getting all the work completed. The unit was new but already had many issues before hand but given all the circumstances, I am happy with the way it turned out. Rais was given full freedom to choose the colors and theme for the renovation, and he did not disappoint.

Working with Cheryl has truly been one of the best experiences we’ve had! What started as a professional collaboration grew into a relationship built on trust and comfort. She fully understood our vision for our home, shared practical and helpful suggestions, and kept us feeling reassured throughout the entire process. Which we thought it was a major plus for first-time home owners like us! Cheryl is quick, extremely responsive, well-organised, and pays great attention to detail. Thanks to her timely follow-ups and efficient approach, we managed to complete our entire BTO renovation in under 2 months. Very impressive speed! The pricing is also very reasonable and well worth the high level of support and service we received. Overall, the whole journey was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. We had a very positive renovation experience with IQI Concept from planning until handover. From the very first few meetings with Hannah and Joe, the discussions were professional, detailed, and practical, which gave us confidence moving forward with the project. The design and drawings by Kai Qi were thoughtfully done, balancing aesthetics with functionality for daily living. A lot of attention was given to the carpentry planning, kitchen workflow, storage solutions, and overall space utilisation. Many details were carefully considered beforehand, yet the team was also flexible when adjustments were needed during installation. During the renovation phase, KC as site supervisor coordinated the works well and kept communication clear and responsive throughout the process. We appreciated that the team was willing to listen, discuss solutions, and rectify issues when necessary. Renovation is never completely perfect, but what matters is accountability and follow-through, and they handled matters professionally. Special thanks again to Hannah, Joe, Kai Qi, KC, and the entire team for the effort and support throughout the renovation journey. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and grateful for the work put into making our home both practical and comfortable for everyday living.

Finding the right ID can be daunting, but Wynnie won me over at our very first meeting. She truly took the time to understand my lifestyle and ideas, providing a clear proposal with zero hidden costs down the road. ​Because of my busy work schedule, I needed a team I could fully trust. I basically handed my keys over and left the house in Wynnie’s hands, and she delivered flawlessly. Together with Zeis (the most brilliant Project Manager ever!), they managed the entire project seamlessly. Even the contractors were incredibly professional and polite. It was such a breeze! ​Wynnie is refreshingly honest about what works practically and what doesn’t. Plus, her final touch of sending over a complete shopping list for furniture and decor was a total lifesaver! ​My home turned out exactly how I envisioned, if not better. I had the pleasure of working with Wei Jing over the past few months for the renovation of my apartment. From the initial ideation and sourcing of materials to the final execution and even defect checks, she was a fantastic project manager. Wei Jing demonstrated exceptional commitment, frequently accommodating our schedules with weekend and late-night meetings. She was always willing to help, even with unexpected last-minute needs involving electricians or carpenters. In conclusion, I would absolutely work with Wei Jing again in the future, perhaps on my next (and hopefully larger!) home.
