Had a pleasant experience with Interior Hunters (Designer: Yoke Leng & Site Supervisor Hong) throughout the renovation process. The firm stood out as the first appointment is at site with actual measurement and observation which may not be able to be seen from developer's layout plan. Initial design was not really per our imagination as we may not be clear of the our preferred mood but Yoke Leng is very professional and went through with us every detailed design and subsequently able to deliver the overall design which accommodates our preference, practicality and budget. She is very responsive to our queries and comments which usually at night time, weekends or public holidays. Hong provided us with weekly progress status and photos and the team went extra miles to assist us with solving issues, accessories installations, co-ordinating site access with other vendors, curtains colour selection and etc. Overall, good service and workmanship quality.

I hired Winny after meeting about five firms. She was the only one who listened attentively and was not pushy. With just a couple of inspiration images she was able to grasp the vision I wanted to achieve with my home. She was so pleasant to engage with throughout the design process and because she understood what I wanted there were very minimal revisions to be made. once the build phase started, her project manager Zeis as well as herself handled everything with true professionalism. It was truly a load of my back. They started ahead of time and completed the project on time. She went above and beyond in accommodating my design requests from my choice of custom handmade tiles to the kitchen countertop finishing. I truly left everything in their hands during the build phase. They were there until the end helping me to install any loose items that I had ordered. my home may be tiny but it is a sanctuary thanks to Winny and team.

This company is very unprofesional, mediocre, amateur and conniving. They are also very rude to their paying clients. They have failed to complete the project despite extra time given and payment made. They also evaded communications with home owners when they failed to meet the work dateline. Refuse to refund back our monies for the work that is not done. We have terminated their contract and taking legal actions onto this company as we speak due to their unprofesional and conniving actions. They have violated many terma and conditions and resposibility as a contractor stated in our legally binding contract. Stay away from this company! . The worst company that we have ever come across. Avoid at all cost!

I hired Tim from SSR to handle my condo renovation, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. What was promised as a professional service quickly revealed itself to be a web of deceit, excuses, and poor workmanship. He presented himself as an interior designer with an impressive portfolio, but I later found out that he faked his qualification, testimonials and passed off 3D renderings as finished projects. Throughout the process, he dodged accountability, made endless excuses, and dragged out the timeline for months. When confronted, he ghosted, gaslighted and deflected blame instead of taking responsibility. Furthermore, I have since learned that multiple suppliers and clients have also expressed similar concerns regarding unpaid balances and unfinished work. This review is supported by documented evidence of the project’s timeline, payments, and communications. I am currently pursuing this matter alongside another client of his through proper legal channels. If you need proof, I’ve documented the entire experience on my Instagram @skybambi. Transparency matters, and homeowners deserve better.

I have recently engaged with Hauswhizz, I spent almost RM540K to engage their one-stop design and reno services, at first I kind of afraid that my money got cheated because this is my first time doing reno, but Pheon and her team was very helpful and patient in explaining every single detail to me. I am very clear with the timeline, workflow, payment terms. Pheon is also very honest, she will communicate with me first about some unrealistic or potential problems in future, then give me the real advice and solutions. At first I am considering among 3 firms, but their design really touched me, they even gave my house design a nice name. so my gut feeling asks me to go with them. Fortunately I was right in the end, although they are young, they are very capable and impressive. They really did a good job. My current house design was stunning! I really love it! I am living with my wife, and we both love minimalist design, most likely a white design, and they really blend our simple lifestyle into the house design just like what they used to advocate. My friends are all saying that this design is really our kind. Strongly recommend this firm.

I had a very positive experience working with Big Design Interior (BDI) from start to finish. Design Phase The team was easy to communicate with and very patient throughout the design process. Feedback and design changes were always welcomed, making the collaboration smooth and stress-free. The design drawings were very detailed, and the professional 3D visualizations helped me clearly understand the final outcome before construction began. Building Phase The workmanship during the building phase was impressive, especially the electrical work. The wiring was neat and tidy with minimal looping, showing good attention to detail. They also used quality cables suitable for my high-power electrical appliances, which gave me confidence in the safety and durability of the installation. Post-Building Phase After completion, BDI remained very responsive in attending to minor defects, which showed their commitment to after-sales service and customer satisfaction. Conclusion Overall, I am very happy with Big Design Interior (BDI) and their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and detail-oriented interior design and renovation team.

The designer actively reached out and promised that they had past experiences in housing projects and renovations and could do a good job. However, after engaging LT studio represented by Rain Cheng, we realised that they lack experience and work quality from the workers is very poor. He was quick on chasing for payments but when come to execution of work according to what was promised and rectification, it’s very poorly done or pushing blame or unresponsive or not done . Tiling works were very poorly done with uneven grouting and extended wall was not done straight even for a small area. There is leaking problem from the wall and ceiling. When reached out to them for solution or rectification, issues were ignored or not having the workers to fix the problem. Very frustrating and troubling experience.

They took time to understand my preferences, and professionally translated them into a design that was both practical and aesthetic. The renovation process was well-coordinated, with regular updates that kept me reassured at every stage. The workmanship was outstanding and the final outcome really exceeded my expectations—the space feels cozy, lively, and looks exactly like the house I dream of. I am very satisfied with their high quality service and would highly recommend HausWhizz to anyone looking for a reliable and professional interior design company. Engaged with this ID firm through canva. It’s location is quite easy to find and near the reno location Extremely happy with the renovation. They are able to disassemble and reassemble a whole kitchen cabinet from dry to wet kitchen where most ID rejected me immediately on this notion. We communicated a lot online as I’m unable to be around physically most of the time, but all the design ideas are executed perfectly. They are also kind enough to help me receive and move some of my appliances.

Quite happy with my home renovation. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Special shout out to Encik Rahmat for his help. The work was completed in good condition, and any defects that arose were rectified without issue. They showed great attention to detail and reliability. Initially, my experience with Lyndon from White Panel Studio was positive. He was responsive, friendly, and provided good guidance at the start of our renovation, which gave us confidence in him. Unfortunately, the quality of the work and the service fell apart completely after the handover. We immediately began finding serious issues. Brand new items we purchased and existing electronics in our unit were chipped, scratched, and even painted over. We found rubbish sealed into our new floors, including cardboard poking out from the edges of our tiles. Lyndon did come to “fix” the rubbish when we raised it, but the fact that such a basic and visible issue was done so poorly created anxiety about what else behind the walls or under the finishes might also have been mishandled. The tiles were uneven and the grouting was so poorly done that cement spilled from the edges. Instead of properly fixing it, the studio sent our building’s defect contractor to do the job, and I later had to pay another contractor myself to get it fixed. The amount I paid to White Panel Studio to do the grouting in the first place was never reimbursed. Communication and accountability was also a major problem. Our original kitchen hob and stove went missing without a clear explanation, and Lyndon only agreed to a refund after my partner intervened. The kitchen cabinets, which were fully entrusted to the studio’s design, were so poorly planned that one even blocked our dish rack. His own carpenters admitted they didn’t realise the cabinets were for our kitchen. To make matters worse, it took Lyndon more than a month to propose a solution, and he became increasingly difficult to contact, leaving us to deal with more problems on our own. Worst of all, we discovered several safety hazards. Wiring was left exposed and loose in our kitchen, which a third party highlighted as a serious fire hazard. Several items needed to install our kitchen hood were also missing and these were handled by the same contractors. When my partner and I tried to address these issues, Lyndon’s response was consistently dismissive, even accusing us of “being unfair.” This was insulting for a paid service we trusted to do the job properly. We also started finding woodwork he did for us have started warping. And all the while he remains uncontactable to the point his vendors cannot get hold of him. Overall, our promising experience with White Panel Studio turned into an ongoing nightmare. As of today, we are still discovering new defects that will cost us money and countless hours to fix. We were left with damaged items, unsafe workmanship, missing property, and a total lack of accountability. I cannot recommend White Panel Studio to anyone.

Finally, the aesthetic choices—like cabinet finishes and hardware—really brought the whole look together. Overall, I highly recommend taking the time to plan your kitchen cabinets carefully. It’s a game changer for both functionality and style!
