Shun Yong has been a very patient interior designer who is open to listen to our needs and give his advice. He is not quick to turn down our ideas even when it is something new and uncommon. He tries his best to give suggestions and keeping in mind to point out the limitations involved. No frills and everything is well layed out for us to understand before we commit. Both my husband and me had a wonderful experience with Shun Yong after meeting him for at least 3 times in our consultation. Though we decided on a direct contractor in our final decision, we will like to thank Shun Yong for his kind assistance in our renovation journey.

Our experience in working with Lydia for the renovation of our home has been a rewarding and positive one. Lydia proposed several designs to begin with, they served as good platform for discussion. Along the way, she gave us a lot of flexibility on implementing our own wish list. She helped turn our ideas into something tangible through her design knowledge and experience. When designing the space, Lydia was incredibly efficient, she came up with innovative solutions to make the most out of our limited square footage. It was almost like a ‘bigger house’ transformation as everything seemed to fit perfectly into place. The way Lydia communicating and follow up were particularly impressive. She was assertive and honest with us about the timeline, costs and how she would go about planning and organizing the renovation. The team which she brought in were mostly meticulous and produce good quality works. In some rare cases which things did not go as per plan, we see she used her strength in communicate-with-assertiveness-and-tactfulness well to bring back team on track. We were never left in dark and she was able to provide solid answer to our questions. We see no excuse but sincerity to provide solution. Overall, Lydia’s professionalism, assertiveness and knowledge were invaluable to the success of the project.

We are very happy with choosing Everlene from Omni Design for our renovation ID. We find that compared to other IDs, she is not pushy, and always try to understand our needs as homeowners first. And she is also willing to work within our tight budget and timeline. We made the right decision going with her, no big issues or hiccups and it was a rather smooth sailing renovation journey, and did not have to worry about managing it at all. Everlene is experienced enough to help us move the project along even though it was the CNY period. Most importantly the renovation was done on time, and we were able to move in on the agreed handover date. Quality is also good, and we know we are in safe hands with Everlene. Thanks once again! I am clueless about how to renovate a small 47sqm 2-Room BTO flat when I viewed my house after key collection. On my first meet up with Kenneth and Reyan, I only able to tell them 2 things … Simple and Natural look. This is because all the design ideas I had earlier have to throw away. Fortunately, Kenneth and Reyan able to design a nice and cozy living space that meets my Simple and Natural look Apart from their design, I also feel very comfortable with both during our meet-ups The final completed work also good. That is the most important of all. Good job to Kenneth and especially to Reyan, mainly who takes good care of my renovation works.

I had to replace my shower shelf as the previous one was causing issues. Tim was very patient in understanding how I want my new shower shelf to look. He knew the urgency and got it settled within a week! I was really devasted as many vendors I contacted just MIA suddenly. Not sure the reasons for it but I really thought I couldn't get a new shower shelf anymore.. thankful for Enso Studio my worries are all gone now! :)

My renovation project was handed by the boss Ronald and ID Ian. I handed my first ever home renovation to Mr Design Studio, since this is my first time going through the renovation process there is so much uncertainty on what I might faced. Of course the experience turned out to be fun and enjoyable honestly. I was introduced to Mr Designer by my close friend and hear that they have good workmanship. Their quote is pretty competitive and comparing around few IDs around and I decided on them. Reason being is due to the transparency of the quote. Plus they are quite steady when come to minor adjustment they would help u compare against other vendor and pick the cheapest for u to take up. I cant deny there’s hiccup and delays along the way but they are pretty responsive to rectification work. I count myself quite lucky when I heard about others renovation horror stories, it turns out there wasnt any :)

After going through 5-6 recommendations from Qanvast, I decided on Aart Boxx Interior because their ID, Shonelle Beins, was very responsive to my queries and provided their creative draft design promptly, even though their price was not the lowest. She was also very open and upfront with me on some of the design considerations and worked with me on proposing different design changes, which made me felt confident in the overall renovation work. Upon the start of the reno work, she was still following up for me on the various design updates and amendment promptly. Overall, I am happy with my new beautiful home and I will recommend Shonelle to my relatives and friends.

Had the honour of having Cheryl as our ID for our renovation and just wanted to drop by and give her a 5 star review for her outstanding designs and services! We started renovating in nov 2022 and finished around early march. We appreciated her patience and creativity and general care for our home from start to finish. Despite our busy schedule and weird timings, she made an effort to coordinate and fit to our schedule as much as possible. We love our home design and everything's made to perfection, just like our dreams, maybe even better. I think the most beautiful section of the home is the dining space nook that is a creative take on a outdoorsy garden space, just that it's indoors. Because most hdb spaces have limited dining space thats fused with living room area, we thought Cheryl did an amazing job with the space and lighting plan so we have a great mix of natural light and other ambient light additive. Cheryl has a great taste in furniture and playing with tone and ambience, we love how she created a series of combination of how the rooms will look at different timings of the day according to the lighting setups. Our toilets were run down and backyard layout was not optimised. Hence, we decided to renovate our unit. We wanted to have senior friendly toilets, better utilisation of kitchen and backyard space with brighter layout. We engaged Jeff from Swiss Interior to be our ID. He worked closely with us to come out with the design incorporating our requirements. He is patient and able to advise us when we were indecisive. He responded promptly to queries and resolved issues quickly. The project was completed according to plan. Throughout the project, we made some changes and added few items. Jeff was flexible and adjusted accordingly. Overall we are happy with the renovation and the services provided by Jeff.

We had an awesome experience working with Mr. Jonathan Tan of U-Home Interior Design. Throughout the entire renovation process, Jonathan had displayed professionalism, dedication and good service attitude. We appreciate his quick response in attending to our requests and resolving issues that cropped up during the renovation process expeditiously. He gave us useful and practical advice in the selection of materials and colour for our wall cabinet and drawer dresser, which took into account the design theme that we want for our new home. When it comes to execution of the renovation works, Jonathan always provide us with timely update on the renovation progress which put us at ease knowing that the renovation is going as planned and there is nothing for us to worry about. He also made regular site visits to supervise the renovation works himself. We feel that the renovation project is well managed by a very responsible interior designer. Jonathan’s service doesn’t stop at handing over. Even after handing over, Jonathan continues to help us with all the queries we have as first time homeowner. Overall, we are very pleased and satisfied with the quality of work and services rendered to us. We decided on Urban Home Design after visiting other ID firms as our IDs Monica and Xiang Yi gave us first-time home owners confidence that they are trustworthy, responsible and able to co-ordinate the whole renovation. What set them apart from other ID firms is that they provided and modifed the 3D render while discussing in person, which helped us made informed decisions on our tiles, carpentry, laminates and other design elements. They were also open to our ideas while also giving us great design suggestions. Throughout the renovation process, we were also promptly updated about the timeline and work done, even when we were not around in Singapore for several occasions. Unexpected problems like old floor tiles potentially popping were also quickly solved. Even after handover, any issues we pointed out were also promptly rectified. There was never a time during the renovation when we felt like our concerns were not addressed or ignored. Really appreciate the effort put in by Monica and Xiang Yi for overseeing the renovation our house :)
