The owner's refined taste in antique and old charm becomes the central focus for the design concept of this pre-war conservation shop house. The front portion of the house is conserved and carefully restored with the beauty of old brick works and solid timbre floor beams and roof rafters restored. Even existing timber balustrades were kept for adaptive reused in various area of this new home. A new rear annex with contemporary reinterpretation of the beauty of oldish decoration is connect to the existing house with a lovely courtyard.
