Patrick Office

Designed by KAIA Architects

CommercialEclectic

Project Details

A small office, the challenge was to make the space feel spacious and welcoming. Removing unnecessary vertical visual separators such as walls and the false ceiling, the office was stripped to its barest, retaining only the essential. Additional horizontal platforms are introduced at mid level to control the scale of space and for the display of sculptures. Thick black lines are then deliberately added to given definition to the walls and ceilings, re-organising a chaotic space into a series of planes and volumes.
