We love it raw, industrial, unique and different from the norm yet it must be comfortable to live in. Selection of cement tiles with irregular running tones is the best substitute to cement screed flooring, which requires very high maintenance. White brick tiles definitely adds on to the raw touch of the place. One of the focus of the house is the customized rustic copper pipe Edison bulb light on the walls as they brighten up the industrial furniture bought by the cool owners. The study area was converted to a dry kitchen, extending the whole kitchen space. We also tiled up the study area with the existing HDB kitchen tiles to make it one area, without allowing anyone to notice that is a space that we created. Dry kitchen accommodates the fridge, chill-out area, as well some preparation space for breakfast. Well-organised similar to a condominium feel. Master bedroom flooring is done up with laminate flooring, and we managed to create a walk-in wardrobe for the owners, while still ensuring there is space to move around. The walk-in wardrobe space is a result of how important space planning is and our aim is to create the right space without owners feeling squeezed.
