Peek at what your homes could look like – and get inspired.
The ever-developing Tengah town will soon be welcoming scores of new residents to 2000-over units in its Park and Garden districts. If you’re a future resident anticipating your key collection, there’s a lot to look forward to!
The districts all promise lush landscaping and plenty of recreational activities a stone’s throw from your homes, alongside a Neighbour Centre with an integrated polyclinic (estimated to complete in 2025).

But your first order of business will surely be giving your home a makeover. With just a few more months to go, now is the perfect time to start planning your interior design – waiting too long might risk delaying your move.
Imagining your space can be tough when you haven’t actually seen it, so we’ve partnered with various interior firms to come up with 3D renders for all flat types in Tengah Parc Residences, Parc Flora and Garden Bloom to get you inspired!
For a 2-room flexi (Type 1) BTO at Parc Residences/Parc Flora/Garden Bloom:
Cosy, open-concept ‘studio’ with modern farmhouse influences
Layout for a 2-room flexi BTO flat (Type 1) at Parc Residences, Park Flora and Garden Bloom
Approximate floor area: 40 sqm
With singles in mind, Darwin Interior envisions this 2-room flexi BTO in a modern farmhouse style.
It’s a blend of rustic charm and contemporary elements, from rounded farmhouse doors to shaker cabinetry and plush furnishings, all tied together by a warm neutral palette.
When you’re rocking the single life, privacy might not be your top priority – so you could knock down the sliding door between the bedroom and the living space for a seamless communal space that resembles a studio.
Meanwhile, the galley-style kitchen provides plenty of extra storage with upper cabinets on both sides – as well layers of texture for visual interest, like the cabinet grooving and the organic tiled backsplash.
For a 2-room flexi (Type 2) BTO at Parc Flora/Garden Bloom/Parc Residences:
Tranquil Japandi concept with touches of greenery
Layout for a 2-room flexi BTO flat (Type 2) at Parc Flora and Garden Bloom (left) and Parc Residences (right)
Approximate floor area: 48 sqm
This Japandi concept by El Arte Design is all clean lines, warm tones and greenery peppered throughout the space – perfect for those of you who love to raise plants.
The living area features a no-frills TV feature wall with a suspended console and a low-profile sofa to keep the space feeling bright and airy.
If you’re moving in with your furbabies, there’s enough room for a cat playground too!
While the connection between the bedroom and living area isn’t removed like in the previous home, the partition doors have been replaced with shoji-style sliding doors to blend seamlessly into the theme.
Although this render was designed specifically for a 2-room flexi BTO layout at Parc Flora and Garden Bloom, you can still incorporate similar ideas to at Parc Residences – like using the pocket of space next to the bedroom – as a study.
A simple vanity next to the wardrobe ensures you have a proper space to get ready for the day.
For a 3-room BTO at Parc Flora:
Bright, eclectic space with a redefined entertainment space
Layout for a 3-room BTO flat at Parc Flora
Approximate floor area: 71 sqm
For DINKs moving into a 3-room flat at Parc Flora, fancy an eclectic home like this one envisioned by Fyner Interior?
If you enjoy hosting, you’ll have even more reason to love this design. Considering that the household shelter is along the corridor, an open-concept kitchen is not possible – but you can reconfigure your spaces to welcome guests.
The spacious dining island takes up the former living area, backed by colourful full-height carpentry that serve multiple purposes: storage, display and a dry pantry space.
Meanwhile, the junior bedroom is now an open entertainment/living area, with the TV feature wall partitioning the two communal spaces.
As for the master bedroom, you’ll find more pops of colour incorporated in the design: a cheery yellow for the recessed vanity while soft green and black rods frame the bedhead for a chic and restful space you’ll enjoy retreating to everyday.
For a 3-room BTO at Parc Residences:
Hotel-like vibes with luxe finishes and a no-hack walk-in wardrobe
Layout for a 3-room BTO flat at Parc Residences
Approximate floor area: 70 sqm
For a 3-room BTO flat at Parc Residences, you’ll notice that the household shelter is by the entrance instead of next to the kitchen, which gives you a little more kitchen space to play with.
Here, U-Home Interior Design has reimagined the space as a modern-luxe haven for a small family, with glossy finishes and copper accents that elevate the look.
The peninsula by the entrance provides both display and storage space while creating a natural flow that guides visitors to the communal area.
Plus, with its connection to the kitchen, it provides extra counter space for food prep and/or serving dishes.
The veined backsplash creates contrast with the uniform carpentry finishing.
The kitchen itself is equipped with both top-hung and bottom cabinets that provide plenty of room to store kitchen appliances and cutlery if you cook often.
Moving from the living area – where copper-edged cove lights amp up the luxe feeling – you’ll find that the bedrooms sport a moody look, with wood-look vinyl flooring for a cosier feeling.
The master bedroom is partitioned in two for a walk-in wardrobe with no hacking required, which is a handy solution when you don’t have an extra room to spare.
The junior bedroom, meanwhile, has a simple wardrobe unit with carpentry that connects with both the built-in study and quarter-height headboard. We love how it makes use of every inch of space while creating a cohesive look.

For a 4-room BTO at Parc Flora/Garden Bloom:
Interior with a contemporary flair and a junior bedroom-turned-dining room
Layout for a 4-room BTO flat at Parc Flora/Garden Bloom
Approximate floor area: 94 sqm
Love the idea of a big communal space to spend time with your family? Then you’ve got to check out this sleek, contemporary interior designed by Butler Interior with a spacious living area and a really cool dining room.
Dark wood and grey tones balance the off-whites and beige that anchor the home, particularly in the dining area occupying the former junior bedroom space.
The corridor leading to the bedrooms is sealed off for privacy
With the wall hacked down, it is now a translucent grey divider with a narrow strip for plants – real or faux.
Positioned right next to the window, it might just give you that al fresco dining vibe when the light is streaming in.
Likewise, the kitchen is dressed in black-and-white, and the laundry area is separated by sliding glass doors that let light through to keep the kitchen well-lit.
In the bedroom, you might feel like you’re on a staycation, what with the luxe marble slab backing the bed, and the variety of textures incorporated in the space. And did we mention the bay window-esque wooden desk?
For a 4-room BTO at Parc Residences:
Wabi-sabi interior with an extra-large communal space for hosting
Layout for a 4-room BTO flat at Parc Residences
Approximate floor area: 95 sqm
What sets this layout at Parc Residences apart from that in Parc Flora/Garden Bloom is the position of the household shelter, which is right by the entrance.
This creates room for an open kitchen, which The Local INN.terior has made full use of to design a spacious open-concept communal area.
Done up in a wabi-sabi look that is all the talk these days, this home is full of noteworthy features.
For one, there’s a moon-like curved cove lighting at the living area, and the half-glass partition that separates it from the junior-bedroom-turned-dining room.
This dining space can also be closed off and opened up as necessary thanks to the sliding glass doors, which is perfect for hosting large groups of family and/or friends.
Owing to the open-concept design, the kitchen is directly parallel to the dining area, and a large island sits in between the two spaces for even more countertop space – and the perfect spot for a cuppa in the morning.
The wood laminates and kit-kat tiles create layers of texture and make the space feel more inviting

For a 5-room BTO at Parc Flora/Garden Bloom:
Lively open-concept home with dry bar and reconfigured junior bedrooms
Layout for a 5-room BTO flat at Parc Flora/Garden Bloom
Approximate floor area: 113 sqm
With the household shelter next to the kitchen, you’ve got a near-perfect rectangle of space for the living/dining area in this 5-room BTO layout at Parc Flora/Garden Bloom, which erstudio makes full of use for a peninsula that stretches out into the communal area.
Complete with a mini-bar and a wine fridge, you get an excellent space for throwing back drinks with your friends as you catch up.
The retro elements – like the quirky, colourful dining chairs, floor tiles and furnishings – add a lively feel to the space.
The bookworms among you will appreciate the open built-in bookshelves with plenty of room for books and display/decor items you might want to style the space with.
Another interesting feature in this proposed layout is how the junior bedrooms have been reconfigured for kids, with entrances shifted to the centre of the rooms which have built-in desks and a wardrobe-and-platform bed combination.
Meanwhile, the master bedroom boasts a mix of reddish-brown carpentry and a walk-in wardrobe that is adjacent to the bathroom for easy changing.
For a 5-room BTO at Parc Residences:
Family-friendly layout with dedicated studies for work/study
Layout for a 5-room BTO flat at Parc Residences
Approximate floor area: 113 sqm
Sporting a contemporary look, this home designed by Juz Interior is all warm lights, soft neutrals and cosy spaces for quality time with family – and hosting, if you fancy that.
A full-height built-in with curved display niches welcomes visitors into the living room with a classy TV feature wall that incorporates curves for a softer look against the raw stone-look backing.
A half-fluted panel half-reeded glass partition divides the living area from the little study nook behind it – perfect if you and your partner work from home on some days.
Moving to the open-concept kitchen and dining, you’ll spot a dining table and a peninsula that doubles as a bench on the other side for extra seating.
With this much storage and countertop space, you’ll certainly not be left wanting!
If you have two kids and you need to keep one junior bedroom untouched – as a guest bedroom, for instance, or to convert to a hobby/walk-in space – you could build a bunk bed like so with LED-lit steps for them.
Head into the master bedroom and you’ll find similar elements as in the living room to tie the whole theme together – like the stone texture for the bedhead, and limewash for the wall where the TV is mounted.
Here, you can wind down without having to wangle with your kids for the TV.
Similar to some ideas you’ve seen earlier, this room is partitioned with a no-hack walk-in wardrobe, plus a cosy and private nook for work-from-days.
