What is Qanvast's Referral Programme?
At Qanvast, we aim to help all homeowners simplify their renovation. Our Referral Programme is designed to reward you for spreading the word about our platform to your loved ones who are in need of a reliable ID.
We understand that it’s important to find an ID you can trust. While we shortlist interior firms with your budget and design requirements in mind, rest assured knowing that your Referred Friend is not obligated to engage or sign with our recommended firms.
We hope this shortlist will make a perfect starting point for them to start speaking to firms for renovation quotes!
How do I refer someone?
Here's a step-by-step breakdown of the process:
Step 1: Qualify for the Referral Programme
Ensure that you have used Qanvast in any of these ways:
- Submitted a request for interior designer recommendations on Qanvast; or
- Directly inquired with a firm through Qanvast's platform; or
- Attended one of our Qanvast Hangout events.
Step 2: Refer Your Friends, Neighbours and Family Members
Once you've qualified for the programme, spread the word among your friends, (future) neighbours, and family members who are looking to renovate their homes and are in need of an interior designer by sharing this link with them.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, so go wild!
Step 3: Your Friend Submits a Valid Request Via The Unique Link
Your Referred Friend must submit a valid request for interior designer recommendations through this link and enter your phone number under ‘Contact Number of Referrer’. That's it!
Upon successful validation of your friends' submissions, both you and your Referred Friend will receive $100 cash each via PayNow. Happy referring!

If you’re the Referrer…
Q: I just referred a friend. When will I receive my referral reward?
You’ll receive your referral reward 4 weeks after our verification. Our friendly Qanvast Guides will reach out to your Referred Friend to better understand their renovation requirements. After they have met with three interior firms, we will then process the reward.
Q: Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
Not at all, as long the referrals are deemed valid. Refer away!
From 7 February 2024, if you make 3 successful referrals, you'll receive an additional $200 reward.
If you’re the Referred Friend…
Q: I just submitted a request for ID recommendations after my friend referred me. Where is my referral reward?
Your referral reward will be processed once we have verified that you have fulfilled the following criteria:
- First-time submitting a request for interior firm recommendations,
- Met with at least three interior firms and
- Have a minimum budget of SGD30,000.
Qanvast has the right to reject a referral, if it is deemed fraudulent, or has flouted the terms and conditions listed below.
Terms and Conditions:
- Only valid when the Referred Friend submits a valid request for ID recommendations, not valid for direct enquiries to their preferred firms or through the Qanvast Hangout. The Referrer must have either submitted a valid request for ID recommendations, made a valid direct enquiry with an interior firm on Qanvast, OR attended the Qanvast Hangout.
- This is valid only if the Referred Friend submits a first-time request for recommendations.
- The Referred Friend and the Referrer must not be the same person or from the same household (existing or future property to be renovated).
- The Referred Friend must have a different phone number and renovation address from the Referrer. There should also not be more than one Referrer from the same household (existing or future property to be renovated).
- The Referred Friend must have met with at least three interior firms and have a minimum renovation budget of SGD30,000.
- Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes and within Singapore only. The referral link should not be shared with people you do not know, advertised, or distributed via automated systems or bots.
- All conditions listed above must be fulfilled before both parties shall receive the referral payout. The payment will be made 4 weeks after our verification.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make as long as the referrals are verified to be valid (see Terms and Conditions). Qanvast has the right to reject a referral, if it is deemed fraudulent, or has flouted the terms and conditions listed here.
- This Refer-A-Friend promotion is valid from 1 June 2023 for a limited time only.
- The Referrer must complete 3 successful referrals before they are eligible for an additional SGD200 payout. Referrals must be tied to the same mobile number and cannot be combined. This promotion is valid from referrals made from 7 February 2024.
- Qanvast reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notification, and the right of final decision.
