What is the estimated price for vinyl flooring for a 4-room BTO? Does the price include skirting?
We carry two collections, house brand Natureliving (5mm thickness) and Titan (6mm thickness). The estimated cost of purchasing and installing vinyl flooring in a 4-room BTO (living room and three bedrooms only, without cement screeding) is $2,288 for Natureliving and $3,640 for the Titan vinyl. An additional $400 will be charged for skirting. All prices quoted here are as of September 2022.
Would you recommend vinyl flooring in high-traffic areas like kitchens and bathrooms?
We do not recommend installing vinyl in your bathroom as moisture from constant ponding will damage the flooring over time.
However, our vinyl is suitable for kitchens and service yards, and are hard-wearing, waterproof and slip-resistant. They can also be mopped using regular floor cleaners.
For an accurate quote and to minimise wastage, can a site visit be done to measure the exact flooring area required?
Yes, a site visit is recommended to provide an accurate quote and to factor any additional costs for door trimmings.
The installation process will take about a day for residential spaces.
Where are your vinyl floorings from?
Our vinyl flooring is designed using click technology from Germany and is manufactured in China. They come with a 20-year warranty.
Are your vinyl floorings pet- and child-friendly?
Yes, our flooring has been tested for the absence of toxic elements such as formaldehyde and heavy metals, and we have been awarded the green BCA for environmentally-friendly design. Coupled with anti-slip properties, our floors are safe for pets, children and the elderly.
