I am glad to be assigned to Andy for our flooring needs. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He accompanied us throughout the design and material selection and was even willing to help us mend a broken aged kitchen cabinet door by going all out to source for identical designs just to match our outdated cabinet design. For this, I am truly grateful for his attentiveness and will highly recommend him to others as he is trustworthy, helpful, fast & efficient. Also, rest assured that the vinyl tiles provided by Surface Story are of top-notch quality and comparable to the other costlier brands out there. I really want to recommend Surface Story's vinyl flooring. Many people have a prejudice that vinyl flooring is not durable, but the vinyl flooring provided by Surface Story is really amazing. Their vinyl flooring is not inferior to tiles at all, even more beautiful, and the price is much cheaper. I especially like the feeling of walking on it, very comfortable. I strongly recommend everyone for their vinyl flooring.
