I just happened to pass by while looking for Grohe products. Apple attended to us and was very patient in answering all our queries and also in checking lead time and stock availability, especially for Grohe items. She also answered all our questions with regards to other products such as ceiling fans and lights too. She has very good product knowledge and has great customer service.
