@TheCurtainBoutique. Overall positive experience with the patient and responsive staff fm Ubi sales n marketing (Irene & Victoria), measurement (Sam) as well as installation team for Ziptrak. The technicians (YC & MC) were meticulous and did a professional job.

The installers, Fu GUI and Ah Son, did a good job. They walked us through the process and details and told us how the installed ziptrak would be like before they started. Because of that, we realised that the measurement guys made a mistake with the measurements (our ceiling and floor were slanted differently, and the usual L shape ziptrak would have reduced of enclosed space). Fu GUI and Ah Son had to figure out how to rectify the mistake and maximise our enclosed balcony space while still using the materials that had already been made to the original measurements. They did a fantastic job and we are satisfied with the end product. 5 stars to Fu Gui and Ah Son.
