Ordered cushions and some other home decor goods from tipi homes - great quality for the price that I paid. I had some questions about the care instructions which the team responded promptly and patiently via whatsapp. Recommend to anyone who is looking to furnish their new home!

Great designs and quality at a good price. Items are also carefully packed, which is a major plus. TP checks in with you after each purchase, which makes the purchase experience very pleasant.

The website is user friendly and the items sold are all so pretty. I appreciate the after sales service as you don’t get it elsewhere. They contacted me to check if the items were all in order and okay and I did feedback that one of the hooks was not working well. The item is only $1 but I am impressed that they offer to replace it which I did not expect. Really like the after sales service provided.. keep up the fantastic work :) Overall, great shopping experience and really like my purchases.
