After going through the portfolios of numerous interior designers’ websites I was attracted by Erstudio’s Project Melrose that exudes a clean modern luxurious feel. I called to setup an appointment with the principal designers of ErStudio. During the more than 2-hour meeting with Josephine Bok and Eloycois Er we discussed extensively my 7-page design brief. Both Jo and Eloy were very patient and understanding. During the meeting I was impressed by Eloy’s professionalism and passion for designing. I had the feeling that he fully understood the kind of design and feel that I want for my dual key multi-generation Jumbo flat and I believed I had found the right designer who not only knew what I want but someone whom I can bounce ideas off and can value add with his expertise. True enough Eloy was able to come up with innovative ideas and solutions time and again whenever we met with some issues and constrains during the course of the renovation. During the course of the renovation Jo had been very prompt and responsive to all my queries and in keeping me posted on the progress of the renovation as I was a perfectionist with eyes for details. As with any renovation project especially during the difficult and very challenging Covid19 time the renovation process was fraught with many challenges but what is important was that we were able to treat each other with respect and as friends, keep the communications open and resolved issues together. In this respect to their credit Jo and Eloy were prompt to rectify any defects to our satisfaction and upheld their assurance of good after sales service. My wife and I were very thankful to Jo and Eloy for giving us a very well designed, classy, elegant, cozy and one of a kind retirement dream home with the “Wow” factor. Every of our friends, relatives and guests who came to our home had nothing but praises for our home which makes us proud hosts and home owners. At the end of the day all the money, time and efforts that we had put in were all worthwhile. Finally, we would definitely recommend ErStudio especially Josephine Bok & Eloycois Er to anyone who needs good, professional and reliable interior designers and interior designing company.
