We shortlisted Inizio Atelier amongst a few others after seeing generally positive reviews online and meeting up with them. It was a pleasure to work with Alex. He was constantly available to answer our queries about what will suit our house best. He has been incredibly patient and accommodating when it came to making changes in various areas or designs. He very diligently carried out the project management tasks and when unforeseen incident happened he rectify the issue in a very timely manner. At the same he always provides very up-to-date and detailed status of things. Despite the tight deadline, he ensures works completed as per schedule. We were very satisfied with the professional workmanship and highly recommend anymore who is looking for ID as he is sincere, knowledgeable and efficient in his service. The entire renovation process was fuss free and stress free for us.
