This is the second reno we have done with JD! Both renovations were total demolish and rebuild with new layouts. JD was able to bring our vision to life and is a good listener and advisor. Unlike other IDs we’ve experienced, JD is highly skilled in the actual construction and carpentry which results in realistic and accurate space planning. Practical on costs, he’ll advise what is a good vs nice to have - quite unlike others. Overall a trusted ID we’ve chosen to work with twice now over the span of 6 years!
