Project Details
This contemporary 3-storey corner terrace house was designed to maximise natural daylight into the house with full height windows and an open riser staircase which allows for light to permeate through the deepest part of the house.
Meanwhile, heat gain is minimised via an active screen system along the west facing façade while a system of carefully placed openings ensure the spaces are well and truly cross ventilated. The basement entertainment den is designed with a panoramic viewing panel for the external fish pond. This allows natural light into a typically dark basement while the water effectively insulates against the heat. This contemporary 3-storey corner terrace house was designed to maximise natural daylight into the house with full height windows and an open riser staircase which allows for light to permeate through the deepest part of the house.
