My wife and I are first-time home owners, so one can imagine the numerous concerns that also came along with the excitement of owning, and renovating our very first home. We looked up Mr Designer Studio from search recommendation algorithms. The first thing that caught our eye was the number of awards the company has won. After visiting at least 5 other IDs who did not meet our expectations, we were skeptical at first. Nonetheless, we decided to make an appointment with our assigned project manager Keefe Tan. From the first meeting, Keefe's pleasant demeanour put us at ease and allowed for an extremely productive session. More importantly, his professionalism and the sheer ability to understand our requirements, put them in clear concepts and visuals really impressed us. Needless to say, we confidently handed the reins and responsibility of renovating our first home over to Keefe. From the very first meeting to the final sign-off, Keefe handled our renovation works with utmost care, patience and efficiency. There were also many areas which Keefe went out of his way and time to help us with - such as shopping for furniture, lighting solutions and wall laminates, just to name a few. The commitment from Keefe put our initial concerns to rest and we knew we could always count on him to make sure things proceeded smoothly along our project timeline. Upon project completion, we were simply amazed at the results. We were especially pleased with the workmanship of the carpentry and how all the design elements blended with one another. All in all, it was really satisfying to see our ideas become reality. At the end of the day, awards and accolades are there for a reason.
