I really can’t say enough good things about this company. This was a 2-month renovation and it was right on schedule, start to finish. Qian Rong were wonderful to work with. He explained every detail of the process and were very responsive to the questions we had along the way. His attention to detail was outstanding and he really worked hard to make this a good experience for us. It was also clear that the contractors we worked with had good relationships with them and we observed first-hand how important that is in making the process go smoothly. We got to know SHE Interior through a friend and was assigned with Aaron as our ID. Area renovated: Common Toilet, Master Toilet, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. Aaron is friendly, helpful and patient in dealing with our requests. He would answer our questions regardless how late it was. In addition, he helped us source and purchase certain items that we could not find. In terms of project management, Aaron did provide a schedule for the entire project. However, we did encounter last minute of rushing which somehow affected the quality of workmanship. Understood that there were many parties involved but it would be perfect if the schedule was followed closely and well planned out. In terms of design, Aaron is taking up our ideas, work around it and provides constructive feedback and recommendation for example our master bedroom feature wall. The final outcome of the design matches our expectation in which friends who visited commented that our place feels cosy and has the hotel feel. Overall would recommend Aaron and SHE Interior if you need an ID.

SHE Interior was introduced by my husband's classmate. At the same time, we also met with other 4-5 other IDs but eventually decided to choose SHE Interior decisively. Thank you very much to our designer Qian Rong for his excellent ideas and management of the whole project. He has an easy-going personality and communication with him was no hassle at all. The overall design outlook was very satisfactory, and the details are well done. Very professional, able to accommodate to our ideas, gives good advice while charging a reasonable price for the whole renovation, and never tried to persuade us to buy anything or add on things we didn’t want to. Any questions will be answered promptly, and the problems encountered during the renovation will be solved swiftly. He will personally supervise the subcontractors and have a sense of responsibility, which makes our renovation complete smoothly. I will highly recommend him to others.
