First got to know of carpenter direct through qanvast. We were assigned to Hui Wen and the first meeting with her left a very strong impression on us. She was confident and sure of what was doing. She was also very fast to get back to us with a quotation unlike other IDs we have met. What made us sign with her was the timeline that she provides, that was very important to us as it gives a rough gauge on the schedule and when to expect the handover. Throughout the entire process she was very patient with us and very quick with her replies too. When choosing our tiles, she was very swift in knowing the style I was looking for and initiated to help us look for tiles that suits the theme we were going for. It made the tile selection so much easier. When it come to carpentry selection, she also gave her input which we were very pleased and went ahead with some of her choices. When reno works started, we had a number of add on and VO, she was not flustered and saw to them promptly and patiently. Nearing the end of the reno works, the tiler layed the wrong tiles despite her reminders, she immediately rectified the problem and got of vinyl swoped within a day. It was such a pleasant and comfortable experience working with Hui Wen. She even went beyond her job scope taught me how to use a forwarder for my TB purchases. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends who are looking to renovate their houses.
