We engaged with Clarice after shortlisting 6 IDs through Qanvast. We picked her because 1) we felt that she understood our vision the best, 2) her proposals were reasonable cost-wise, 3) we could get along well with her. Clarice was very patient and helpful in helping us make informed decisions on materials (tiles, laminates, paint, colours, even furniture selection etc). Throughout the process she was very professional and on hand to answer any questions that we had. She also communicates clearly and respond promptly. When we chose the unit, we already had a few ideas and we wanted to consult which concept works best. We felt that Clarice’s advice helped convince us to go with a certain approach which we are very happy with in the end.

As a first time homeowner and having so many people telling me about their horrendous experience with their own ID, we were very cautious when we were sourcing for ours. Each ID that we talked to were nice and pleasant, but things just doesn't seem right. It was divine intervention when we met with Clarice because it wasn't part of our plan to do so. One thing that I appreciate about Clarice is that there was a lot of follow-up, making sure that our questions were being addressed and assuring us every step of the way. For items that needed tweak, Clarice was able to manage our expectations and handled it very professionally and making sure that we are okay with the changes. Overall, we have been very blessed to be able to have Clarice as our ID throughout the journey and helping us get our home together.

We compared a few companies before deciding to work together with Clarice. She is very dedicated and professional whom we have come across so far. She is meticulous and discuss details with us before work started and along the renovation journey. She communicates very clearly and is very prompt in responding. We are pleased as the work delivered are in high standard. Service provided and workmanship are in great quality. She chooses good colours for home where people will feel homey and comfy. Her design is timeless and clean, elegant and doesn't look cheap. Highly recommend !
