1. We have engaged Dbrain (person in charge - Kin) for our interiors early this year 2021 2. They committed to complete the work in 2 to3 weeks but in actuality it took 4 months time (after several follow ups and struggle) 3. The completed works are with so many defects and we have to get it done one by one with so much effort and at the end still they left us with defects (i have proof for each defect we have encountered) 4. They promised us to refund the renovation loan interest amount before committing for the project (as this is one of the critical agreements we had before committing for the project). But once the project is completed after 4 month's delay they said the project did not breakeven and will not refund the loan interest amount just like that by breaking the promise and cheating the customer. 5. They demanded to make 100% payment before the works were completed 100%. In Fact the last 5% we are supposed to pay during handover as per agreement. But they have demanded and taken 100% amount from us before handover of the flat (handover of our flat happened only after 2 months from the 100% payment date with many defects) 6. I have sent the summary of the issues we had with Dbrain using email@example.com and expecting the reply from them asap. If we don't get our interest loan amount as committed by Dbrain, we will register a case against the company and even approach legal means so that no other customer will suffer like us or get cheated. 7. We hope Dbrain will take customer feedback seriously and do the needful. Thanks

1. Did not follow HDB permit to hack the wall 2. Over charge when doing works . Did not follow contract to charge ( excuses is he does not know the structure inside the wall. Even he did renovation for a few BTO for the same area. And he did not mention different structures have different charges ) 3. Did not carry out works in the promised date 4. Can not get refund timely . Still waiting even after promised 14 working days processing

Darren is very responsive and committed to give us the best designs as well as incorporating a new experience as this is our second home. He spent a significant amount of time to understand our needs to cater to my mom, kids and ourselves. The overall design met our expectations and we thank him for his patience and hardwork.
