Was looking around for an renovation company for my mum. Visited and had a chat with a few ID recommended by qanvest. But the synergy and understanding on the project between clovie and us was the best. She went the extra mile to see thru that the project was finished on time and was within reasonable budget and cost. Her advice was also sincere and it's not only about the margin but also considering customers situation. At time she even went the extra mile to make sure thing was perfect. An awesome and pleasent experience working with her on the project. Highly recommended!

Went with Sam @ ARK-hitecture after comparing a few ID firms. What stood out was her attention to detail in the first design draft. We could envision the overall vibe and the aesthetic look. Surely, she did not disappoint us from the onset of the renovation journey. From 3D rendering to tiles/lightings/carpentry selection, she proves to be knowledgeable in all areas of the renovation. She was also quick to highlight any rectification works required on her own initiative and proposed pragmatic solutions. When shopping for sanitary fittings and furniture etc, she was prompt to address our queries on the correct measurements and look/feel/colour to complement the overall design of the house. Something that we appreciate was her prompt replies to our shopping queries which often fell on weekends (oops)! Carpentry workmanship is of good quality as well. Can’t be more grateful for a good team of carpenters and contractors. A big thank you to Sam and her team at ARK-hitecture for the smooth and seamless experience! Highly recommended!

Cheryl has been awesome right from the beginning - she compiled some pinterest ideas for me even at our first meeting, and has been very patient and helpful when I was clueless on what theme I wanted. For space planning, she has been able to cater to every request I had, and everything was well thought out. Her material selection was awesome and I loved everything she chose. The entire renovation process was very pleasant and she has been very proactive throughout. I had some problems after handover and she was quick to rectify it although she was overseas at that time. Workmanship was great too, especially the carpentry. The carpenter was very professional and helpful! The outcome was perfect, better than I could ever imagine! Thanks Cheryl for creating my dream home, I'll definitely recommend her and engage her again if I ever move house again!

My wife and I decided to engage Sam for our renovation for this main reason, Sam is a good communicator and she listens well to capture our preferences. When occassions arises, she will propose ideas to improve the reno design and functionality. Unlike most typical IDs out there who cant wait to close a deal, Sam provides value added advises and designs that can save u from reno regrets. She is also very confident in her proposed renovation timeline, which gave us the assurance to work with her. During the renovation process, Sam ensures that the site progress is on track with the proposed reno timeline. She will take initiative to send us on-site progress photos at each milestones. Renovation is bound to have rectification works. We didn’t encounter any major rectification. More importantly, Sam is very efficient and prompt at communicating with us and get the rectification works done. In terms of workmanship, Sam is more particular than me. For instance, i was quite cool that a small part of a partition wall has a very faint line between the beam and wall. However, Sam insisted to send her worker down to beautify it. Before our last phase of payment, Sam makes sure that we are happy with the whole experience. Even after the last bit if payment was made, she still made the afford to contact us and check in with us. I would strongly recommend Sam as your go-to Interior Designer! -derrick

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mariann for our home renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. From the very beginning, Mariann took the time to listen to our needs and understand the vision for the space and was able to turn our vague ideas into a beautiful reality. Throughout the entire renovation, Mariann was responsive and easy to work with. She kept us updated on the progress and response to us even after midnight! One thing that really impressed us about Mariann was her ability to work within our budget. She and her team able to provide cost-effective solutions that didn't compromise on quality or style, which really helped to make the renovation more affordable. Overall, we would highly recommend ARK-HITECTURE to anyone who are looking for a renovation team who reliable and dedicated to their craft.

We met with IDs from four different firms and Cheryl was the only one who inspired confidence. By the second meeting, Cheryl had a mood board that captured our design style and what we wanted our home to be - a place of rest. I felt she heard and understood our needs and concerns. I appreciated her sense of style: she proposed the bathroom flooring design I didn't knew I needed, and created a beautiful TV console for us. Throughout the renovation process, Cheryl was responsive, attentive and helpful. There were a few rectifications (master bedroom door lock, bathroom shower screen, repainting some spots, bathroom folding door) that were quickly taken care of. I'm very happy with the beautiful, comfortable and restful home we have. The tiling workmanship is excellent, no complaints there. The carpenter, however, could be better. There was a hole punched into the back of my kitchen wall cabinet for no reason, and there are holes in my built in bookshelves (I think they are errors made during installation) that are acceptable only because they're covered by the shelving plank.

My new home is smaller than my previous to reflect my life after my wife and soul-mate's passing. Samuel was patient and attentive to how the design was meant to imbue elements of my previous home into a clean and simple concept that signalled the next leg of my life journey. I wanted a place that would be calming and comforting, a quiet space to spend time in reflection and restoration. Samuel skilfully and thoughtfully conceptualised my home based on the life I envisaged and the memories I wanted to keep close. Through the renovation process, carried out while Covid restrictions were in place, Samuel kept in constant touch and responded promptly and sensitively to my feedback and requests. He kept the contractors on task and pro-actively carried out the minor rectifications prior to handing over the apartment. Since moving in late May, I have settled nicely into my hermitage. Samuel delivered on the home I wanted.

As a first-time house owner, I was not very clear on a lot of aspects of renovation but Cheryl was really patient and supportive throughout the whole renovation journey. When unforeseeable issues surface, she is quick to respond and able to resolve in a timely manner. Thank you for your hard work to make my dream home a reality!

Samuel knows what we want and they are able to work within our budget. It was not an easy project as we did a major overhaul of a 30 years resell flat. Many points of coordinations were required such as plumbing, electrical, tiles, masonry and etc. He gives us many advices that we need to take note before finalising the designs. It is to ensure that we are aware of the practical aspects and not only focusing on aesthetic. He went beyond his scope of work and stay professional from inception to completion.

All thanks to ARK-hitecture my dream home turnt into reality! IDs were patient n attentive to how I wanted it to be done. The packages offered were worth the money. Entire process was smooth and they provided regular updates. Highly recommended, good job! They were able to complete the job faster than expected and liaise with other parties that were involved smoothly. I am happy with my abode, thank you!

Though there’s a small hiccups during the renovation process, however, Cheryl is so understanding and meeting our needs despite having so much challenges along the way. We enjoy working with the Alvin from Ark-hitecture as he is very responsive and prompt to our enquiry. The advices and explanation given are very detailed and easy to visualise.
