When my husband and I met with Hans and Jeffrey for our initial meeting, we already felt a good vibe with them. Even though they were scheduled to go for a company trip, they were punctual and got back to us with the initial proposed layout/design within the given timeline. The moment we saw the proposed design, we knew for sure we wanted to work with ErStudio. They came up with not just creative but very practical designs and really gave the whole design great thought, working out a beautiful flow for our home. There were so many random ideas in our head that we didn't mention, yet they thought of and proposed based on asking us questions about our lifestyle, etc. While we initally wanted a certain theme for the house, but after speaking to them, we realised it would be a look that would easily look dated in time to come. Thus, we were impressed that the proposed design is timeless and suited to our lifestyle instead, and not the typical run of the mill design that is popular at the moment, that every other ID firm comes up with. They also advised against and did not let us waste money on decorating our toddler's room, and suggested certain cost saving ideas for the rest of the home, which shows they have their client's interest at heart. I must also add that we didn't even change anything about the proposed design (apart from very minor things that didn't take away from the overall design). My husband and I were pretty much hands off during the entire 3 months of renovation, yet Jeffrey handled everything for us. It was only after the entire renovation period that we found out that a neighbour was giving Jeffrey a slightly hard time for no reason, yet he managed it quietly and smoothly, without ever having us get involved. Even the furniture we bought was based off their suggestions to add to the aesthetic of the house. It has been 5 months since we have moved in and all our family and friends have nothing but praise for the end result of our home. They even picked up on the practical yet beautiful ideas and how smart the idea is. I would definitely recommend working with ErStudio to build your dream home, as they are definitely more than a good design company (their tagline) and they are a team of very dedicated designers.

After going through the portfolios of numerous interior designers’ websites I was attracted by Erstudio’s Project Melrose that exudes a clean modern luxurious feel. I called to setup an appointment with the principal designers of ErStudio. During the more than 2-hour meeting with Josephine Bok and Eloycois Er we discussed extensively my 7-page design brief. Both Jo and Eloy were very patient and understanding. During the meeting I was impressed by Eloy’s professionalism and passion for designing. I had the feeling that he fully understood the kind of design and feel that I want for my dual key multi-generation Jumbo flat and I believed I had found the right designer who not only knew what I want but someone whom I can bounce ideas off and can value add with his expertise. True enough Eloy was able to come up with innovative ideas and solutions time and again whenever we met with some issues and constrains during the course of the renovation. During the course of the renovation Jo had been very prompt and responsive to all my queries and in keeping me posted on the progress of the renovation as I was a perfectionist with eyes for details. As with any renovation project especially during the difficult and very challenging Covid19 time the renovation process was fraught with many challenges but what is important was that we were able to treat each other with respect and as friends, keep the communications open and resolved issues together. In this respect to their credit Jo and Eloy were prompt to rectify any defects to our satisfaction and upheld their assurance of good after sales service. My wife and I were very thankful to Jo and Eloy for giving us a very well designed, classy, elegant, cozy and one of a kind retirement dream home with the “Wow” factor. Every of our friends, relatives and guests who came to our home had nothing but praises for our home which makes us proud hosts and home owners. At the end of the day all the money, time and efforts that we had put in were all worthwhile. Finally, we would definitely recommend ErStudio especially Josephine Bok & Eloycois Er to anyone who needs good, professional and reliable interior designers and interior designing company. We have had a pleasant renovation experience with Jin Ling. She is a designer who listens to your need, jots down one by one of your requirements, and implements it in our house. She is creative and thinks out of the box too; her inventive idea fulfils my wish of “Bigger Wardrobe”, which we thought could not be fulfilled due to existing construction condition. She did it ^^, and at the same time, we feel spacious in our master bedroom too. Furthermore, she is very responsive, she responds promptly to our questions, or any queries arises during the project is on-going. In addition, she is kind and willing to provide us some advice when we select our furniture on the colours, materials, etc. She is ultimately patient too, she patiently accompanied us in choosing tiles and provided her professional advice whenever we felt indecisive. She does provide timely update on our project. Throughout the whole project, we found her a very sincere ID and we are very satisfied with her service. Thank you, Jin Ling!

After speaking to 10 interior designers, we decided to engage Mr Yoh and YH from erstudio as their proposal was able to accommodate most of our requests with creativity, functionality, and a touch of class. We had no experience with renovation so we trusted their recommendations and suggestions for most if not all, ranging from furniture, fixtures selection to carpentry and cabinet specifications and color tones etc, in which they did not disappoint. Renovation took longer than expected which was no surprise due to circuit breaker restrictions and manpower issues. Once renovation was completed, we were satisfied with the design and arrangement. Overall, we are happy with the outcome and appreciative of Mr Yoh's honesty and responsiveness. As newbies, we are glad that we could depend on his recommendations and experience. To date, we continue to keep in touch with them for renovation ideas or if minor repairs are required. We will definitely engage Mr Yoh again if necessary and strongly recommend him to others for renovation works.

Choosing the right interior designer has not being an easy task for us and with all the bad experiences we had heard about renovation projects. We are glad to have Rey helping us with this journey. From the initial contact with Rey, we were impressed by his attention to details, focus on our needs and most of all his passion, creativity, and vision to design. Through the whole renovation process, from initial concept to the design, material selection and to the construction, Rey’s enthusiasm and conscientiousness in the design has never ceased to. He always come out with fantastic ideas and is able to read our mind on how we want the house to be. Rey has high standard and requirement to the workmanship. He takes pride of his work and he had asked the contractor to re-do some parts or replacement which did not meet his standard and requirement. His design keeps up with the pace of the times, and he always thinks of ways to make breakthrough in his design and be innovative. Through his creativity, he had designed a stunning kitchen island for our house. Living in the house he designed, the sense of space with the lighting effects, it makes us feel like living in a high-end hotel, as if we are on vacation every day. The storage cabinets are tailored to the needs and use of the homeowners, even the small details such as the space for the mobile charging. He maintained continuous communicate with us throughout the whole process to ensure the design covers all aspects of our requirements. During the renovation period, he kept us updated regularly with the photos and phone calls which gave us a peace of mind without visiting the site. We appreciate his responsiveness throughout the project and the after sales service. We consider his design as a work of art - the beauty and practicality he created make people who visit our house also impressed! Rey is an easy-going person with good sense of humour. He is sincere and pleasant to work with which is an added bonus to the experience. Well done Rey and keep up the good work. Thank you!

Our ID team comprises Wilson and Chloe and we had a great experience working with them for the following reasons: - Good chemistry with the team - Meticulous and detailed pre-reno planning and design process - Able to translate and enhance our ideas and requirements into the actual design - Physically on site to oversee that works are in order and imperfections are touched up - Prompt response on advice and follow-up - Good contacts to quality vendors (lights, wallpaper, etc) - Able to adhere to reno schedule although there are slight delays arising from labour/resource shortages during COVID, especially during initial lifting of labour restrictions. But overall within expectations. Thanks for the beautiful place that we look forward to move in soon!

Chanced upon Er Studio portfolio and decided to contact them on designing and renovation of our resale 5 bedroom flat. The liaison from Er Studio assigned the task to Yoh and Yinghwei after understanding our preference of design theme. It only took us 2 meetings to decide on engaging them as our ID. Yoh articulated his ideas in a concise manner and exhibited confidence in his design and project management. The synergy between Yoh and Yinghwei was tremendous. This helped to ensure the project was completed within the 2 months lead time without compromising on workmanship. Post-renovation follow-up from them was also prompt given the limitation of logistic and manpower issue caused by the current COVID-19 pandemic. Highly recommended Yoh and Yinghwei.

A home is very personal thing - everyone has a different idea of what a perfect home looks like. Unless you're looking for a copy-and-paste, cookie cutter place to stay, I can recommend Rey to help you bring your idea of home to life. We interviewed 7 interior designers before picking erstudio because we had a strong concept in mind, and we felt Rey best understood our vision. He has both the experience and the creativity to achieve something special for you. Another important thing to remember is that you'll be seeing a lot of your ID during the process: from design meetings, to selecting fittings together, shopping for tiles, and so on. Rey was pleasant throughout with a good sense of humor, making the process much more enjoyable. Rey has an excellent eye for design. There were some times when we were not too sure whether his suggestion was the right one - but now that it's done, we are so happy that we trusted what he said! If we had gone with what we initially wanted, it would not look as good at all. During the course of the renovation, Rey kept us well updated, so we could leave him to it with a peace of mind and did not need to keep going over to the site. Another good thing is that Rey has high standards. When we met nearing the end of the renovation, we were impressed by his to-do list, as it included replacements of some parts that we did not notice any problems with. For example, he pointed out that one of the shower door was not done to his liking as it was slightly shorter and water could splash over - this would not be something we would have noticed until we moved in. This meant that many smaller quality of life issues were automatically dealt with. To be honest, we are not yet completely done with the renovation as the covid situation has put a hold on the defects servicing. As such, we are not able to comment on the quality of the after-sales service - we can update this after the circuitbreaker ends. Thanks again Rey!

Our designer for our 3 room BTO is Ryanne. Her simple yet functional design really helped us to design our humble abode to something comfortable yet unique home. She was able to also provide good colour coordination for the home to ensure a harmonious feel throughout. We requested for a warm, cozy and open feel for our home. The materials were quality and the workmanship and follow-up with her were great. She was really punctual and had strong follow-up. The vendors that she used were very helpful and had warranty on the workmanship. We managed to get our home within 4-6 mths from planning to final product. Although they are more pricey, they definitely lived up to the cost, workmanship and design. Definitely will recommend for anyone who wants a comfortable home with good layout and maximizing of space! Recommended to have some idea on the feel you’re looking for for your place!

No regret for engaging Rey as our ID! Rey is sincere and pleasant to work. He takes pride in his projects and ensures the deliveries of contractors meet his high standard. What I appreciate most is his responsiveness throughout the project as well as after sales service. We are glad that we can rely on Rey to run & monitor the reno progress. Looking for an ID to create our dream home is no easy task. After reading and hearing about all the horror stories of renovation that went wrong, we were determined to only engage IDs through recommendations and referrals. However after meeting a few of them, we were not convinced on either their design expertise or lack of trust or both. Therefore we decided to embark on the search by ourselves. We came across Erstudio purely by luck and fate while scrolling through the Internet. The first meeting with Thomas was very engaging and we are immediately convinced on his technical know how, design creativity and honesty. Most importantly, we could communicate well. Therefore taking a leap of faith, we decided to sign up with him. Throughout the whole journey from budgeting, designing, site supervision until handover, Thomas has not failed us and even exceeded our expectations. He has kept to our budget, schedule and has closely supervised all the work done on site to ensure all specifications are met with top quality workmanship. Thomas has also listened to us well on our various design request and fulfilled them to our great satisfaction. He does not over promise and is honest in pointing out designs that are not suitable and inpractical.
