As Ricky is my friend, i decide to engage him for our home renovation as we trust him. He is able to meet our requirements very well and we can see that he puts a lot of effort in the design. There was some delays at first due to some personal event, but it ended fast enough although it was slightly later than the initial agreed timeframe. However, it will be best if they consult first before starting on the renovation works. Overall, it was a very good experience working with them. We shortlisted a few IDs at a fair near our place but our final choice was Aerialwerkz as the price quoted was reasonable and also we felt comfortable with the boss of Aerialwerkz, Ricky. The design was designed by Ricky himself and it was good too. But, our renovation was handled by a project manager. The follow up was not that fantastic and we had to check on the progress of the renovation regularly. We did feedback to Ricky regarding the issue. However, their workmanship is very good. An aspect for further improvement will be with regards to the follow up of the renovation. Renovation completed in: June 2016 Cost of renovation: $40,000

I got to know Aerialwerkz as one of the ID is my husband's friend. We had directly engaged his services without searching for other ID firms to compare with. The overall renovation process was alright, with the ID constantly updating us and helping us out along the way when we are stuck. We did not face any major problems, with just the usual minor issues. Completed in: 2014 Cost of Renovation: $37,000

I came to know about Aerialwerkz as my friend is one of the IDs working there. We had compared with several other companies as well, and had decided to engage Aerialwerkz because we felt that the other companies which we had compared with were rather money-minded, instead of placing their focus and priority on the customers. The overall renovation process was very fast, as the ID and his team managed to fit the whole project within the timeframe given by us. The coordination of contractors was also done well by the team, and we did not face any issues at all. We hope that Aerialwerkz will keep up with their great works and service, and would definitely recommend them to my friends and families. Completed in: March 2015 Cost of Renovation: $30,000

One of the IDs at Aerialwerkz was my husband’s friend, so we decided to compare the company together with a few other IDs. We engaged Aerialwerkz in the end as we like their design. The overall renovation process was very fast and efficient, with the works completed earlier than expected. The ID did a good job in making use of design to create more space for our home, and we did not face any issues throughout. I would definitely recommend Aerialwerkz to my friends and families who are looking to engage interior designers to renovate their homes. Completed in: 2016

Aerialwerkz was recommended to me by a friend as he used to work with the company. Out of the few IDs we met, we decide to engage Aerialwerkz for their design proposed and we shall give them credits for it. We are also confident about engaging them as we knew they value quality more than quantity. Ricky and Eric was the ID in-charge of our renovation. Although there was a few hiccups, they are able to rectify it fast. And for any issues that we are concern about, they are able to expedite. However, we felt that there is a lack of communication between them like certain message was not passed on properly which we later have to explain all over again. They may want to improve more on that. Overall, we are happy with their service. Renovation completed in: January 2017 Cost of renovation: $50,000

We got to know about Aerialwerkz through Facebook. We choose to engage them for their design and price. As we thought that design and functionality is one of the most important factor in engaging an ID, they knew what we are looking for. Due to some hiccups and project management issues, there is a slight delay in delivering the project. For further improvement, i hope they can work on their professionality in dealing with problems and be more proactive towards their customers. Overall, they did a pretty good job.
