We were introduced to Minghui through my son after he had completed renovation to my son’ unit on time and to his satisfaction. Minghui was very forthcoming and patient throughout the whole project. He will often give valuable advice to suite our taste and expectations. He is always available if you need to talk to him and this is very reassuring. He completed the project one week ahead of schedule. The quality of material he uses is excellent and the finishes is way beyond our expectations. I will strongly recommends Luova Project Services to anyone who needs to do renovation

Minghui from Luova was recommended by our friend and also the 1st ID we consulted, out of 5 IDs. In the end, we chose to work with Minghui as he was very attentive to our needs and made several proposals to help us on our 1st renovation journey. Minghui is very responsive and will update us of the major progress and any minor defects that need to be resolved. He has an eye for detail and we were impressed with how the renovation turned out. Our actual project looks even better than the 3D renders. Overall, we will recommend Minghui / Luova to our friends and family for renovation!

As a new homeowner, I had many questions and quite a bit of apprehension after having had a pretty unfortunate experience previously. Krystin was able to allay any worries right from the start by asking pertinent questions about my lifestyle and being very reassuring about any doubts that I had. She took my concerns about budget seriously and was able to come up with a design that was both functional and was well within the budget that I had specified. Throughout the renovation process, she kept me updated with progress reports and was quick to answer my many queries with her vast knowledge. She was able to deliver within the timeline and the quality of the workmanship was superb. Even after the handover, she was still responsive to my messages. I had such a pleasant experience with Krystin that I would certainly be recommending her to everyone that I know!

We engaged Luova and had a great renovation experience with Guangxi. He was meticulous, responsive and professional in his work. We didn’t have any theme in mind, and only informed him that we wanted the house to feel warm and cozy. But his great experience had helped us in choosing colours, tiles, lighting and laminates, in order to achieve what we wanted. Guangxi will personally visit the site frequently to ensure that renovation work was smooth and issues was resolved quickly. When we were choosing our tiles, Guangxi took the initiative to grab as much tiles from different parts of the showroom for our viewing and comparison. Post renovation defects were quickly arranged and rectified no matter how small the issue is. Overall, we are very pleased with how the renovation turned out and how great the house looks. We will definitely recommend Guangxi and Luova to our friends and family.

We shortlisted Luova project based on their portfolio #167 Petir, for their Muji concept for a 2 room Flexi BTO. We are blessed to engage Luova and have a great interior and renovation experience with Guangxi and Krystin. They are detailed, patient, responsive and professional in their work. Guangxi assisted us with the HDB defects which helped put our minds at ease. His experience and sound advices have helped us tremendously. We are really grateful of both their hard/heart work put into getting the renovation works completed within the scheduled time frame, while not compromising with unacceptable workmanship. Guangxi is quick to respond to rectification works. We also appreciate Guangxi in his initiatives and providing other referral contacts for other works. Special mention to Krystin who has a keen eye for colors; and helping us match our tiles, laminates and paint. We love how everything blends in beautifully. We realised a lot of heavy weight and behind the scene work for the renovation project, ensuring the projects are done properly and within time (and budget!) We strongly recommend to those who need renovation and we are sure that both will certainly be able to deliver the works as promised.

After watching many of my friends have their renovation projects significantly overrun both in cost and schedule, we were very proud that we hit our target for both. Friends are still pretty amazed that we managed to get everything done within a month of receiving our keys to our new apartment. Guangxi from Luova was very friendly, professional and accommodative of our frequent requests to meet to discuss the smallest details of the renovation. Our project wasn't the biggest in terms of value out there for sure, but we felt like we were getting first class service all the same. The quality of work was very good, with only some minor rectifications needed - but the main thing we were impressed by is how responsive Luova and their vendors were at getting those rectifications done. Project management by Guangxi was great - shifting things around dynamically to make sure our desired schedule was met was key, and something that we know takes a bit more initiative and thinking. Our design was simple in our opinion, but we felt that they understood and applied exactly the styles and themes we wanted almost from the first 3D design, with very helpful suggestions on color matching, figuring out just the right proportions of each color on the visual landscape, and choosing the right materials to pair with our lighting choices. Overall, highly recommended! They may be new, but definitely a great choice for any new homeowner to consider!

Met up with 7 ID and 2 direct contractors since 2020 caused I kept hoping HIP scheduled earlier so that I could renov the rundown kitchen after HIP. Finally shortlisted Luova Guangxi, a soft spoken young man with pretty good patience to communicate with me, done at least 6 revised quotes due to my changes in requirements. The team workmanship are good, though there are minor hiccup but able to resolve well. A great experience with Luova Guangxi, money well spent with no worries, ultimately we are happy with the end results. keep up the good work.

We engaged Guangxi for our new 4-room BTO due to his friendly personality and professionalism. We are delighted with the results and services. Guangxi took time to understand our ideas for our new home and gave us practical and aesthetic advice. They regularly updated the renovation's progress and quickly rectified the touchups. We first engaged Ming Hui from Luova Project Services three years ago to renovate our previous house, a new condo unit. He was responsive and attentive to our needs. Above all, he had no hidden agenda and always recommended what’s best to meet the needs of the customers. Workmanship and quality were above expectations. Pricing was transparent. This was so unlike our experience with other IDs, who are only interested in maximising profits. We trusted him so much that we decided to go back to him when we need to move to a bigger resale condo unit this year. He did not disappoint. In fact, he and Minne, the assigned designer, provided us with the perfect partnership. Minne was attentive to details, and very organised - she documented all our requirements and made sure they were attended to. She would respond to our queries promptly, and were accommodative to our schedule and suggestions. Case in point was that we changed our mind on the type of lightings in our master bedroom as well as the configuration of our TV console after installation, and they worked with the subcontractors to make the changes required. They even absorbed the cost of making the change for the latter. Having worked with a few service providers, they really stood out for me. I would highly recommend them!

We engaged with Minghui and Minne from Luova Project Services to be our IDs for our new BTO house renovation. First things first, we are impressed that they managed to get our house done up earlier than scheduled, which is right before the end of the year. They have also been very accommodating to our ridiculous amount of requests throughout the whole renovation process. They maintained their professionalism in handling our project from the beginning till the end, also keeping us updated on every single works that has been done. However, as expected there were some hiccups such as incorrect carpentry measurements but they managed to give us alternative solutions that still turned out good. Overall, we are impressed with the workmanship of all the services done like the tiling, aircon works, electrical works, and carpentry works. It has been a very pleasant journey with Minghui and Minne who were very patient with us and we are happy with how our house turned out to be. Highly recommend them!

Engaging Minghui as my ID is the best decision i've made throughout my home reno journey! From the very first meeting, Minghui impressed us with a interesting floorplan design for my boring 3 room BTO which none of the other 7 IDs i've met before him has thought of. Throughout the reno, he was very responsive and handled each detail well so much that I left it in his good hands. As I was renting, Minghui completed the reno in 2 months, which helped us to save 1 mth of rent! He even got us a chocolate cake for housewarming during the handover 😄 truly appreciated the sincere service, fast and quality worked delivered!
