We were recommend by our sister who did her home renovation by Minghui. At the start, Minghui designed a home that Gina can visualise hosting our families and friends through time. I was impressed by Minghui overall coordination as we did not have to worry about the entire process since taking over from HDB. There's generally little hiccups from start to finish, even as we vetted the house and give our feedback, Minghui and his team promptly made the adjusted in quick time. This made our entire home journey fun and enjoyable, as we heard many horror stories about contractors delaying projects and doing things wrongly etc. Ours was quite the opposite. We’re really glad we chose Guangxi from Luova Project Services for our renovation. From the start to even after we moved in, he has been consistently communicative, responsive, and quick to follow up. If anything, it’s usually us changing our minds along the way, but Guangxi has always been super flexible and accommodating with our multiple requests, which we’re very grateful for. What stood out to us is his gentle and humble personality (despite the big tattoos 😄), and his meticulous attention to detail. We could also see that he has a good rapport with the contractors, which made the whole process smoother. His pricing is very reasonable, and we feel we got great value for the quality of work delivered. If we had to point out one area of improvement, it would be that we wish he had upsold us a little more on some elegant options - we might have gone for them! But overall, we’re very happy with both the process and the end result. Highly recommend Guangxi if you’re looking for a thoughtful, meticulous, and reliable ID.

This is our second time engaging Ming Hui as our ID. As we have a tight deadline to move in our new place, we told MH that we need to complete our renovation in a month’s time which he delivered and even beyond our expectations! The quality is superb and MH is also very responsive and helpful. His plumber, carpenter guys and men are all very experienced and knowledgeable! Thumbs up to MH and his esteemed team

We were introduced to Minghui through my son after he had completed renovation to my son’ unit on time and to his satisfaction. Minghui was very forthcoming and patient throughout the whole project. He will often give valuable advice to suite our taste and expectations. He is always available if you need to talk to him and this is very reassuring. Minghui from Luova was recommended by our friend and also the 1st ID we consulted, out of 5 IDs. In the end, we chose to work with Minghui as he was very attentive to our needs and made several proposals to help us on our 1st renovation journey. Minghui is very responsive and will update us of the major progress and any minor defects that need to be resolved. He has an eye for detail and we were impressed with how the renovation turned out. Our actual project looks even better than the 3D renders. Overall, we will recommend Minghui / Luova to our friends and family for renovation!

As a new homeowner, I had many questions and quite a bit of apprehension after having had a pretty unfortunate experience previously. Krystin was able to allay any worries right from the start by asking pertinent questions about my lifestyle and being very reassuring about any doubts that I had. She took my concerns about budget seriously and was able to come up with a design that was both functional and was well within the budget that I had specified. Throughout the renovation process, she kept me updated with progress reports and was quick to answer my many queries with her vast knowledge. She was able to deliver within the timeline and the quality of the workmanship was superb. Even after the handover, she was still responsive to my messages. I had such a pleasant experience with Krystin that I would certainly be recommending her to everyone that I know!
