I would like to take this opportunity to thank 3 Concepts for their amazing design work for our new Acuris office in SIF Building. I worked closely with Gideon Loh who is the Project Manager of the firm and brains behind this project. Gideon came up with a design that optimized the use of the space and captured all our requirement. Gideon’s knack for details and in-depth knowledge in interior design work made the project a pleasure to approach. Gideon had an answer to every problem we encountered and made sure every problem was addressed. I’ve done project managerial work for over 22 different office renovation projects for Acuris throughout Asia and USA but I have yet to meet a more professional and creative interior design company than 3 Concepts. With 3 Concepts, not only will you receive an excellent service, but you’ll also get a design company that thinks outside the box.

I get to know Gideon and 3 Concepts from my friend, her house renovation work was done beautifully. Gideon is really helpful and efficient in reinstated and renovated our new office within 1.5 months. Besides, he went extra mile to fulfill my neighbor office partial renovation and done everything within 1 week. Great work with very competitive pricing. I highly recommend his team for your house or office renovation.

Engaged interior designer Vincent from 3 Concepts to do our reno. Vincent is very knowledgeable and really does have an eye for details. We told him what we wanted and he was quick to point us out the pros and cons of the designs and fuctionability. Definitely recommend Vincent from 3 Concepts to people out there seeking a sincere, honest and responsible designer. We are now proud to show off our living space to family and friends.

got to know 3concepts thanks to qanvast. we chose 3concepts cuz gideon was the only one that wasn trying to hard sell us among the 5 IDs that qanvast gave us. he worked with our budget instead of trying to convince us to stretch our budget. he’s not like oh we must use blum parts cuz everything else is damn lousy those kind of ID. no we didn experience that kind of selling at all before signing the contract and even throughout the reno. he was realistic and practical and also honest with the materials that he would be using and ya we were paranoid home owners so we went down almost everyday to check. he was also open to home owners outsourcing some parts of the reno to other contractors cuz he understands budget constraints. he said that it will be worse if we cant pay him in the end right. so thr you go, realistic. thumbs up, we like hahaha. and he didn give any attitude to us when we chose other contractors for some areas and still worked well with them instead. best of all, no surprise hidden cost in the final bill. he was always upfront bout his cost on any additional variation works. and ladies, if you are someone with loads of pinterest ideas and you just wanna copy and paste, gideon will not be shooting down your pinterest ideas like some other IDs who will insist on their “original” ideas or trends. instead we were advised on feasibility. to us, we didn care bout original ideas and wow factors. we just want a simple clean looking and low maintenance hse. so ya, gideon will listen. and like most reno journeys, it wasn an entirely smooth one. there were hiccups and miscomm here and there but again, he didn give us any attitude probs. ask to rectify and you will get it. in short, gideon is someone you can work well with and a reasonable person to negotiate. oh, and he still responds and comes back after handover! yay to owners!

Reason for engaging the above-said designer: Excellent concept of space utilisation and design, with a touch of soft and modernised look. Gideon has always been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile in ensuring the design is followed through closely. He is honest in his dealings and we could entrust our home to him with ease. He is easy to communicate with and would understand your request. When certain problems were encountered along the way, he would patiently see through the process and some times even meeting us late at night. He was very responsive and responsible. One quality about him is that he has the drive and determination to ensure the promised end result is fulfilled. Area of improvement: He would need to engage a better team of electricians. That was the only area which required closer supervision on their workmanship. Conclusion: We are more than satisfied with the overall work. Although the timeline exceeded what was planned, the end result compensated for it. We would say that it was an excellent job done! Thanks Gideon for a great makeover and turning our home into a beautiful and comfortable place of abode!

I was introduced to Vincent from 3 Concepts by an acquaintance. Initially what we wanted was just an interior designer or 'renovation contractor' to bring our project to life. We already had a vision of what and how we wanted it done. What Vincent did to impress and secure us was his knowledge and experience. We did not think of how practical our designs would turn out but basically what he did was improvise and designed something better than what we wanted. He is a very humble and responsible and was there throughout the entire project supervising. All in all, we are very satisfied with our new home.
