Had a fantastic and fuss-free experience working with Yong to transform our resale flat. Met up with a number of Interior Designers and decided to go with Yong for his expertise and creativity. Though with tight timeline, ArtMuse did a spledid job in transforming our house and delivering beyond expectation. Communication with Yong was smooth and transparent throughout. Yong had worked on 3 of our previous homes many years back when he was a young chap working in another ID firm. At that time, we were already very happy with his design and attitude and he is always the default ID we will choose to handle our projects. When we learnt that he has set up his own ID firm, ArtMuse, we did not source around for any other ID firm but thought it will be nice to engage once again as we know he will not disappoint us for sure. Actually, we were even more impressed this time round with the way he handle our tight project timeline and his personal involvement from design, planning to execution. His professionalism, quick response to issues & resolution + the ability to collaborate so well with his contractors were seriously were one of the best we can ask for, giving us very minor defects to clear at the end. This is by far the best experience we had with him as he has full control and authority with how the project can be run. Everyone who visited us are so impressed with the full transformation and functional design Yong has created. We look forward to the upcoming photography session for the nice capture. We were shopping around for IDs for quite awhile and decided to come to qanvast to try our luck. We were paired with a few ID firm and one of which is Artmuse. After reading the reviews, decided to link up with Yong. He was one of the few ID who would propose to do a site visit to understand our requirements better. We finally decided to go with Artmuse because of the design that he came up with was one that we really like although its not the cheapest. Yong also come across as someone who is very sincere and dedicated to his work. Throughout the renovation process, Yong is always prompt in responding to our queries and he replies even late in the night. Anything issue that we pointed out, he will rectify it asap. Yong is also very hands-on, whenever we visit the place to check on the renovation status, we often see him there as well. We are really glad that we chose Artmuse - after reading and hearing many horrible stories, our entire renovation journey has been well taken care of by Yong. He never leave us hanging out there, any hiccups, just ping him and he will assist to the best of his ability. Even after the renovation was completed, he continue to respond promptly to our messages and rectify some of the minor issues that we had. We love the design and service. In terms of workmanship quality, we think its good. We highly recommend Artmuse Yong if you are looking for someone who is dedicated to his craft, hands-on, responsible and always prompt / ready to handle any issue.

We spoke to 7 different IDs before we set our sight to engage Yong from Artmuse. Decision was clear because Yong understood our needs the most hence his design idea stood out from the rest of them. Yong constantly give the homeowner a full ID experience without asking for more. He has been giving us ideas and even brought us to furniture shopping and procuring different items/appliances for the house so that they fit to the theme. Yes, they are not the cheapest but they will not compromise design for cost which what an ID firm should be doing. This sets Artmuse from the rest of the ID firms that we had spoken to. We engaged Artmuse after meeting with several other IDs. Yong was the only designer that we felt really paid attention to our needs and the ideas we had. He and Eric were highly professional throughout and their response rate was at 99.999% even late at night. They never dismissed any of our noob questions and were patient when we modified the design a few times. Most importantly they respected our choices while providing us a range of solutions/alternatives. Any problems that arose from the renovation were quickly dealt with, often within 24-48 hours, and they gave frequent updates to reassure us. I felt like they really understood the renovation from the homeowners’ perspective and gave their 101% in making our experience as pleasant and fuss-free as possible. Even after handover, the line of communication was open and they dealt with the defects quickly and responsibly. While we did bust our budget with them, I would say the satisfaction we felt after the job was over, is priceless.

We hired Yong (and his assistant Eric) to overhaul our ageing 30-year-old four-room flat. We removed many of the existing fittings; completely changed the two toilets, the lights, and the electrical wiring and sockets; got new floors and a full paint job. The entire operation was executed in seven weeks, although we met them earlier a couple of times to discuss plans. Overall, Yong and Eric did an excellent job of renovating our flat. The plans were executed well, and whenever problems or issues arose, they were acted on swiftly, and attempts were made to resolve them. What we appreciated was the excellent communication between Yong and us. Yong kept us frequented updated on the progress of the project, he was at no point uncontactable, and he was always ready to respond to our queries. This ensured a smooth and pleasant renovation journey from start to finish. If you want a fuss-free renovation, go with Yong and company. Thank you Yong and Eric for turning a flat into a home we can call our own!

Renovations were professionally done. They were delivered in the way just as it had been discussed and well according to the 3D drawings too, even though the 3D drawings were done during the initial stage. Pleasant to work with. Even Joanne, who is Yong’s assistant who was temporarily assigned to us while Yong was away, was a sweet lady to work with. Would recommend this interior designing company.

I took a long time to select my ID as I was the only one working on the project and I needed an ID who was reliable and responsible. Highly recommend Yong and his team for the great workmanship and end to end responsibility throughout the project. As I had a very busy work schedule, I am glad Yong was always there to help resolve any issues and provide creative solutions to meet my needs. Even for the electrical works that were managed by another vendor, Yong was still willing to step up to help manage all the issues faced. Artmuse Interior was higly recommended by my neighbour who used him twice for their renovation. Upon contacting Yong, he was always responsive and responsible in our conversations and feedback. What we appreciate was his practical and professional advise on design and function. He was patient to listen to our ideas and patiently help deliver our dream design. Along the way there were some minor hiccups and design change but Yong was always responsible and efficient in problem solving. He delivered quality workmanship in his carpentry. His men from tiler, painters, doors esp electrician were reliable and professional. After reno completion, we still had some touch up which Yong readily arrange and complete without a hitch. We especially love our open concept kitchen and shoe cabinet esp the designs on the doors

We had a great experience with Artmuse Interior from start to end of the project. They had practical yet aesthetically pleasing designs at a reasonable price. Work ethics of the designer and his team were strong, always prompt in replying and addressing any concerns we had. Their workmanship was of good quality. After the project was completed, they took ownership to fix any touch ups that were needed. Would highly recommend Artmuse Interior as they made the renovation process fuss free and highly satisfying for us.
