The 'Interior Look' was recommended by our daughter and after consulting with other IDs, we felt that she understood our needs and the direction that we wanted for our home. She managed to work on a considerable budget and was upfront with the pricing. She made us feel comfortable and was very efficient. We were impressed with her designs as she is able to articulate in her design and thus capture the essence we wanted. Although there was a minor hiccup during the renovation journey like we had engaged air con contrator for installation but since we were overseas,our ID did some coordination to ensure that they installed correctly and followed up with us. After meeting up with the ID, we found her very friendly and efficient as she answered our inquiries promptly and in detailed manner. We were happy that the renovations went smoothl. She met our needs and even with some disagreements, we managed to compromised. our ID also gave us useful tips, suggestions, thus we trust her opinion to build the design of our home.
