The best quality about Ron is his honesty. From the time we met up to get a quote from him till the time the reno was completed, Ron had been very honest and frank with us. There were no hidden costs, extra charges, cutting corners or whatsoever. Since both my wife and I work Mon-Fri, we needed someone to oversee and run the reno project. And Ron is definitely the man for this. He made sure all works by his team and workers were of good quality. If there were any issues, however small, Ron will inform us and let us know his recovery plan. Ron is also very responsive and approachable. He replies to our messages very promptly and gets back to queries as soon as he can. Another thing we liked about Ron, other than his good looks, was how organised he was. He had a schedule planned and always kept us updated on what will be happening in the upcoming week. His experience and knowledge showed whenever we had discussions to confirm our plan. He was always willing to meet at the house so that he can look at the site conditions and let us know if there might be an issue/clash/extra works/extra costs, etc. When I first asked around for ID recommendation, no-one was willing to recommend one. Most of them had some bad experiences with IDs and contractors. For me, I would highly recommend Ron to everyone. Ron is a trustworthy person and a good man!

We met Ron, our first thought was that he was young and may not have the experience of an interior decorator. However, when we engaged him we found that he is professional and is down to earth person. My wife being a fussy lady found him him to be so. His patience and understanding is so overwhelming. All his assigned workers were professional in their job and they did the utmost best to perform their tasks. Of course, there were hitches here and there but Ron manage it very well.
