Love their work! Saw pictures, keen to work with them. Have heard great things. Hard to find the right designers but keen to work with some that showcase their work like this. Appreciate the aesthetics used and approach to styling. Create warm ambience in their work that is definitely appreciated. Generally speaking, difficult to give good teams the credit they deserve so hoping the odd review helps.

Updated Reviews on 29/6/2022: I've made my last post on 20th June 2022, citing various issues with the ID, Aloysius Jaden Ho. Since the last post, I was pleasantly surprised by the ID company's quick recovery action to contact me and made several arrangements to set things straight. I was pleasantly glad to meet Kenny who made things happen. If you are looking for an ID from this company, I would strongly recommend Kenny. He managed to rectify my issues within 2 weeks which previously took many months. Without Kenny, I will probably still be stuck. Workmanship 7/10 Schedule 9/10 Price 9/10

After meeting abt 4 to 5 different IDs from diff company, i decided to go with Jadon, cause 1 of the most impt part for me is, you and the ID must click. So the whole process can be sorted out smoothly. I was quite amazed right from the start, cause of the speed of the works. He was working on a tight timeline for me as i wanted the reno to be completed before xmas and guess what? He really completed everything for me within the timeframe. The one thing that i think he deserved to be given the credit for is, he updated me constantly abt what is being done, what is going to be done next etc etc..i seldom need to text him for what he is doing now as he just keep sending photos on those works that are completed and telling me what to expect to see next. For these, i really have to give him a 5⭐ . His experience in the field also is shown to me thru the various colors selection from vinyl to carpentry matching etc..i love every part of my reno journey with him. Especially the platform storage bed in my master bedroom that i requested him to do for me. The final touch with the LED lights on the steps is simply awesome!

Last year, I engaged Home Access Interior Designer Kellyn because she can understand what I want, by just speaking over the phone. She is hardworking to work until midnight. She responded me promptly when she was not busy. In addition, Kellyn did a great job to complete our unit renovation within 3 months. She can coordinate well with the contractors. And most importantly, the price is quite reasonable.

It has been an amazing 8 week journey of transforming an old and dated house into a comfy and cosy abode we now call home! Right from the get go June could clearly understand what I had in mind for the space and balanced out feasibility, space planning, quality and budget for the renovation. There were extensive works required and June and his team had an extremely tight timeline before my move in, it was no mean feat but he managed it so well. I had no worries throughout the entire process as he promptly updated the progress and expected schedule of works ahead. The experience has been amazing with not only himself but his entire team of carpenters, electricians, general works etc... Professional, responsive, meticulous and a keen eye for detail is how I will sum up my experience with June. Definitely thumbs up and thank you to Qanvast for making this happen!

Home Access Interior ID Jia Ming is an attentive ID and highly flexible. He has always update any changes promptly. Despite facing numerous challenges due to Covid including M'sia lockdown and S'po re Circuit Breaker, Jia Ming has conducted himself as a professional and is flexible enough to cope and push through the renovations. He has accommodated many changes and requests by us. The quality of work is of high quality and he has creative designs and ideas. Overall we are pleased with his company and himself. Home Access Interior should look into getting more contractors and looking to provide more innovative ideas (e.g. Smart Home, latest technology). I would like to thank Home Access interior for a pleasant working relationship. We engaged June as our primary ID for our home and from the start he was committed in seeing through to completion our renovation works to be within budget and on schedule. Throughout the project, June and his team had been accommodative, responsive and responsible; qualities we were fortunate to have found in an ID. The quality and workmanship were commendable and on a professional level, June provided his valuable inputs and directed resources to make sure that the job gets done right; even after completion. Best customer service provided. Always smile even you have last minute change of idea. The ID will keep you updated the job status. Even after the job were done for more then 6months the ID will continue to provide their service by checking with you how the job done. E.g. how got any issue with the material use. Different from other ID is that Raymond will suggest the best design/artwork for you. With the lowest price.

We had a very good experience working with Kenny from Home Access Interior for the renovation of our 5-room BTO apartment. In terms of price, the firm offered competitive pricing that seemed to us much more reasonable than that of some other interior firms that we have found. As we had already knew, more or less, the interior style that we want for our apartment when we met Kenny, Kenny did not attempt to override our preferences but instead offered creative and practical ideas to solve some of the challenges inherent in our requirements. He also enhanced our ideas and we are very happy with the final outcome. Kenny also helped us with deciding what furnishings to get. The workmanship for tiling, carpentry, and glass and metal works (such as our foldable mild steel windows) was very good. The time management of the renovation project was handled well. Throughout the entire process, Kenny was patient, responsible and very responsive. There were minimal hiccups and we were very glad that we have found a reliable designer and firm to handle the renovation. Kenny's after sales service is also commendable. He followed up promptly when there are minor issues that needed touching up. We love our home and we have already recommended Kenny/Home Access Interior to a number of our friends.

We got to know June through a friend and after comparing a few ids, felt that June gave us the best experience. He has well exceeded our expectations as a first time owner and was thorough in all aspects of the design, right up to the materials and schedule. I was especially worried when I heard so many bad experiences my friends had with ids but I was lucky to have engaged June. I had no worries throughout the whole process as he was more fussy than both my wife and I in the finishing of the carpentry. I would not hesitate to contract him again.

June is very responsive and always assisted me with my concerns with regards to the renovation of my home and office. He makes good recommendations and is flexible with incorporating my ideas with what he thinks is compatible with the designs. Very hard working and reassuring. Even after work is completed and hand over done, the after sales service is consistent as well. I would highly recommend his services for all ID works.
