I would highly recommend our interior Designer, Jan from Granvision D’sign. The experience has been pleasant and positive right from the start. During the design phase, he translated our initial home conceptualizations accurately into the design layout and proactively worked with us to fine tune the details. Discussions were open and fruitful, which leaves us very satisfied Throughout the whole renovation phase, Jan was very responsible and dedicated, making his way down daily to follow closely on the renovation progress. Jan proactively follows up on any issues or clarifications, giving us the assurance that the renovation is in good hands. Jan is also very patient in explaining the issues or queries that we encountered during the renovation. Jan was also adaptable over the course of renovation, acceding to our additional requests or propose more ideas to further enhance the outlook of the renovation. We are pleased with the overall renovation works. Thanks to Jan and team that we are able to have a cosy home. My advice to future homeowners would be to have in mind how you like your future home to turn out, in terms of design and needs so that the discussion with the ID can be more dynamic. For built-in technicals, do keep a look out, especially if you are finding storage racks or equipment out in the market, ensure that the storage racks / items can fit into the built in cabinets, or else would need to discuss with your ID how can they tweak the dimensions to fit your items. Be actively involved in the home planning for every single aspect.

Yes, I will recommend this ID, During the discussion of our home, the team would make sure that we understand every detail before moving on. Even if we have more questions when we finished our meeting and we message them to clarify, they would reply us to make sure that we understand. During the renovation period, the team pushed on and make sure that our renovation is done within the timeline even though they faced challenges from the restriction in renovation services due to COVID 19. They have also ensured that their workmanship is of quality before handing over our home to us. Over all the experience have been good to us.

Within 24 hours I was suggested with several designers and with Granvision D’sign we hit the ground running. Shawn and Jan were extremely receptive to my taste, budget, and specific requests. Over the course of 3 months, we now have a complete makeover - from painting every wall, to ceiling, new room doors, built-in furnitures, TV feature wall, brand new 3 bathrooms with different themes, and floorings. I am pleased with the work that Jan has put in renovating our house. He has gone the extra mile in making sure that work was done nicely and properly and the timeline given is also accurate with no delay.
