Had visited some of the IDs recommended by Qanvast, visited their showrooms. AGC has nice showroom with good workmanship for their wardrobe, I can really feel the quality, is different from other ID’s showroom. We love modern Scandinavian theme, and designer Billy meets our expectation, we like his personality and his knowledge. Also, I can see his sincerity in his pricing. Therefore, we choose AGC to renovate our first house!. Our renovation work starts on 13 Aug, and ends around 19 Oct (whole house renovation). The outcome is exactly the same as his 3D design! We feel that it is even more nicer than 3D! Very beautifully renovated. Good workmanship! Billy is very patient in listening to our ideas, and recommended what’s suitable. We bought things from Tao Bao, and some from local shops, he is always there to give recommendations. We appreciate the efforts. Of course in any renovations, there will be some minor touch ups needed, Billy will amend them immediately. He will still follow up with us even after our final payment. Many of our friends were impressed by the design! Thank you Billy!

Had previews of the renovation projects from Qanvast apps. After meeting ID session, finally settled with Agc Design. Thanks Billy for taking up my request. Remembered the stunned look when i changed the house plan after he had done the initial one. He must be very disappointed. But he is patient, diplomatic and engaging when dealing with this elderly and long winded lady. The renovation completed in time. Some minor hiccups were settled swiftly. Budget wise, no extra big bills. Thanks Billy for the co-ordination. He and his team marvellously turned my house into a nice, bright, comfortable and spacious home.

Would like to give a big thumbs up to Billy and AGCDesign team for doing a fabulous job in transforming my house into what it looks like now. Like many of the other new house owners here, I met up with many IDs and contractors (6 IDs and 2 contractors) through the recommendation of Qanvast and my friends. Eventually I decided to engage the service of AGCDesign as I really like the ideas provided by Billy (my ID) and also, during our discussions he gave me the impression that he is a very reliable person whom can be trusted to do a good job. Throughout the renovation period, Billy provided me with regular updates on the status of the reno and he was also very responsive towards any questions that I have. In fact, I requested for quite a bit of last min changes to be made during the renovation and was glad that Billy and team was able to quickly act on them. As the renovation package price that Billy quoted me was very competitive, I was initially quite worried that as the renovation progress, there will be hidden expenses/charges popping up that will end up increasing the overall cost of the renovation but this did not happen. In fact the total costs of the renovation eventually billed to me was almost exactly the same amount as what was quoted - this really helps to ensure that I didn't exceed my very tight renovation budget :) Overall, here's what I like about the service provided by Billy and AGCDesign team: - Transparent and Competitive pricings - The ability to provide and communicate ideas that are practical and very closely aligned to what I want - Being professional and very responsive towards my questions and requirement for changes throughout the renovation period - No hidden or surprise charges I really appreciate the service by Billy and team and will definitely come back again when I have a new house that needs renovation:)

We knew AGC through Qanvast, they’ve contacted us and we set appointment. We also comparing with 2/3 ID and end up narrowing to AGC design. We just finished our renovation yesterday. Slightly delayed but everything is on our expectations. Billy as The designers quite responsive and the results of the design we also satisfied. Billy also recommend us to some related vendors, easier for us to deal with.

Got a few quotes from Qanvast for different IDs, and settled with AgcDesign with Billy eventually due to agreeable Budget and an earnest character from Billy. Went for a minimalist contemporary style and we were pleased with the final outcome. Carpentry work was really nice. Project was delayed slightly with some issues, and needed rectification even after completion, but Billy was always on hand to tend to our requests and concerns. Hard to find a perfect ID but Billy is reliable and easy to work with. Thank you AGC!

We liked 3 design firms style but finally narrowed it down to AGC as their pricing was competitive and we could really see their sincerity in wanting to renovate our house. Throughout the process, they were patient with 3D drawings, spent time hunting down house stuff on weekends and were always helpful and responsive. Louis’s design is also unique, stylish and we have high hopes for our HDB renovation!

We got to know AgcDesign from Qanvast. They were one of the IDs that was recommended on the list. We managed to meet up with other IDs but after much discussion, we found that they provided the best price! The renovation went smooth and our ID Jason was quite responsive when we had any questions during the progress. We were glad that Jason was quick to rectify any minor issues as it was nothing major. Overall we were glad that everything went well and the handover was done smoothly.

After trying out the quote request function on Qanvast, I met up with 3 of the recommended firms, and AgcDesign is the only one who can adhere to our tight budget and the timeline we were looking at. We like how Billy was receptive to our ideas, able to suggest practical solutions for our kitchen. The firm was also flexible as we had a couple of contacts we wanted to use (e.g. vinyl flooring). We gave Billy our requirements and he was able to come up with designs based on our lifestyle needs. In fact, after showing us the 3D design for the kitchen, he didn’t have to show us the 3D designs for the other rooms because we felt like he understood what we wanted and we could trust him to come up with the designs. Everything was fuss-free and handed over on time. We have recommended Billy to our friends too.

We came across our ID AgcDesign from Facebook when we were looking for an ID for our renovation. Although we managed to meet other IDs but we felt more comfortable talking to the ID from AgcDesign. Their competitive pricing was also one of the reasons we engage them. During the renovation, the ID took the initiative to keep us updated with photos on the progress which was helpful. Although the design was mostly what we wanted, they gave us their own inputs and ideas which made the design more better! We were glad that the everything went smoothly.

I was recommended a few IDs from Qanvast. Although during that period I have not received my keys yet, Billy from AgcDesign kept in contact me to ask about my renovation plans. I made sure to inform the IDs that reached out to me that I wanted to move in before CNY as I knew some of the contractors would not be available for CNY. While waiting for my keys for the two weeks, I kept updating Billy on what I wanted for the design and I felt that he was the only one who was keen enough to handle my project. Billy was also accommodative with my requirements I was glad the he kept his word! He managed to complete the renovation within 2 weeks! He impressed me with his innovation design. E.g: I wanted a hidden away table that links with the wardrobe (push back table) to create clutter free living space and Billy managed to achieve it. Overall it was a good renovation and although there was some touching up to do, Billy was quick to rectify it.

Our friend recommended 'AgcDesign' as we were looking for an ID whom we can work well with. We arranged a meeting with them and met up with Billy. He was a good at collaborating new designs and gave us his own ideas for our renovation. We were impressed with his suggestions, initiatives as he was willing to adapt and understood our needs. The experience working alongside with Billy was good and it went smoothly as expected. He was flexible, open to suggestions, even went beyond his job scope to handle the ad-hoc matters! We appreciate his resourcefulness and would definitely engage his services again if we were ever to do any renovation in the future.

'AgcDesign' was a referral from a friend. We dropped by her new place, found that her newly renovated home impressive. We then got the contact of her ID and decided to arrange a meeting. Our experience during the renovation process was good. The communication between our ID Billy was smooth sailing, he was able to accommodate our requests and managed the project well. He is good listener so is able to address our concern and advised us accordingly. We were impressed by his work, his designs were more Contemporary which was what we envisioned for our home. Although it was simple, it looked timeless and we both incorporate the designs together to get the perfect design.
